  Refused to come give a quote unless my spouse was present. Required us to give them 90 minutes for the quote appointment compared to 30-45 for all other companies.

  If you are a investor with big projects look elsewhere! I have been a part of multiple renovations over the years. I have I hired many many companies and contractors for projects. I have never been turned away from service. I called today to schedule an estimate for two new roofs for properties I own. I was refused based on the fact that I rent the properties. The reason given by the company was I “would not enjoy the product because I don’t live in the properties”. WHAT?! I have never heard of such a thing in 25 years. This company must be doing very well to turn down a $27k job with options for many more jobs with someone who does this type of business all the time. I have a window project to do next at $16k. Well, guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. (I gave it two stars because a person answered the call and the website was good. Otherwise, I would have given a 1 because I wasn’t even given a real explanation for refusal of service )

  Please read through bad reviews and good ones prior to using this company. In 2016 I choose this company as I had a flat roof on my house and had read some good reviews on the product that this company was using to to put flat roofs. When they came out to the house for the review they told me that they would be fixing the existing roof so that the material could be better suited for the roof. But when the project manager came out and put on the roof they just put the GACO roof on top of the existing roof. Additionally they did nothing to fix the flashing as well. 3 years later I started to have issues with the roof that was warranted for 20 years. I reached out to them in April and they came out and fixed it in June. It took so long because they were supposedly working with the warranty company. When soon after they repaired it the material did the exact same thing. I asked them to fix again and it took another several months before they came out to fix it. After a month the material did the exact same thing. I then spoke with the owner who told me that this was costing him a ton of money because he kept having to send his guys out to repair it. This sat extremely poorly and so I reached out to the warranty company myself. After working with them and a different contractor I was able to finally get resolution on my roof. I would never recommend this company as the owner was not helpful and provided a poor experience.

  They have an anti-male culture and ethos as a company as they will not do business with just one part of a household. Terrible company to even speak to by phone. They also seem to preffer business with those of wealth. Either way I'm not wealthy but could have offered a blank check if it weren't for their passive aggressive sales rep.

  Fourth time customer, and they always make me happy to come back to them again. Had rest of windows replaced in house, top quality job, everything cleaned up immaculately upon completion and were happy to work around some scheduling issues I had.   Very attentive to our wishes and plans. Made our old house look beautiful again. So many compliments from our neighbors. Also once they started they didn't stop until our house was done. I've seen other companies show, work a few days then leave again for a few days and come back making the job last a very long time.
