Horrible customer service. Called for an estimate and was questioned when and how long it would take to get paid. I said payment will be made whenever your company requires it. He asked again and I said I am not sure what you are asking me, do you require before service same day or after job is complete. He then hung up on me.

I don't have much experience, but I would like to support these institutions that help animals in need. I don't want animals to suffer and bear the blame instead of us. They don't deserve it. They need to be treated with respect and sensitivity.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 38 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 36, of which 32 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
