I was nervous when rain started coming in near a second floor closet. Detroit Roofers of West Bloomfield sent a roofer for emergency roof repair first, then came back once the roof was dry enough for the roof leak repair. The updates were calm and realistic. They found a worn valley section that had opened during heavier rain. I appreciated that they explained it plainly and did not try to turn one leak into a full replacement conversation. We still had to deal with the inside drying out, but at least the source was fixed.

Our property manager had been putting off roof maintenance because the building always has something else going on. Detroit Roofers of West Bloomfield found a weak vent detail and a few areas where water was sitting too long. The roofing …

We called Detroit Roofers of West Bloomfield because one upper roof area had started looking uneven from the yard. The roofing contractor did not start with a sales pitch. He checked the roofline, showed us where the shingles were failing, and recommended shingle replacement for that section. The match was better than I expected. They also kept the side door clear, which mattered with kids running in and out.

Thank you, Zachary! We're glad the shingle replacement matched your expectations and that our team ensured safety for your family during the process. It’s great to hear the roofline issue was addressed effectively. We appreciate your feedback!

By the time we called Detroit Roofers of West Bloomfield, the gutter line along our side entry had been splashing for months. The roofer found that the gutter replacement also needed a limited roof repair at the edge. He showed us the worn spot before touching it. The roofing work was clean, and the walkway was finally dry after the next rain
