This company does not seem interested in coming out to look at the 3 metal roofs we need replacing. Keeps changing the day they were supposd to come out and now they are failing to return any emails or phone calls.

We had an emergency roof repair requirement and Dean and his crew were quick to answer our call, provide a quote and have it fixed all in the same day! Excellent customer service and workmanship. Highly recommend.

Wow. Dean came and we outlined our concerns with our skylights in our park model trailer. He listened to us and then he went up on the roof, took pictures and then conferenced with us, showing us the problems, telling us how he would fix them, and gave us a reasonable quote that he stuck to. It was a very hot humid week after that and we knew that it was to hot to work on the roof until the heat let up a bit. At first opportunity the crew was out and up on the roof. The crew cleaned up, all the while being very polite, They did everything that Dean said would be done. Later we had a concern and Dean came out personally to address the concern. Now let me make it clear, Dean is not a relative and we had never met him before, but, he treated us like valued customers. We now know who we will call when we need roofing done on our other two houses. Great job Dean, we will recommend you to others that we encounter that need roofing done

I have never done a Google review before but Dean, Andre and the rest of the DDK team were great! It was easy to tell right from the beginning that they were genuine and cared about their customers. Their advice and guidance was so honest and transparent. Without their help, I never could have closed up our build in time for winter. For our next build, it is a very nice feeling to know that we already have a reliable and trustworthy roofer on our team! Thanks so much and see you soon, Colman.
