I couldn’t be happier with my new deck and screened in porch flooring. Brendan and Delilah were professional, honest, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship truly show, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. They kept me informed throughout the project and genuinely cared about doing the job right from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality craftsmanship. I can’t wait to have them back for more projects in the future. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you both!

I have used D &M for two large jobs at my home, the first was for a deck where the original contractor used floating footings for a deck. D & M was able to place footing and make repairs that were needed and they did this in a very timely manner. I used D & M after a home inspection revealed the roof had some sag in it. I had had the roof done 5 years ago and it was found that the original roofing company had ignored some major issues and placed a new roof without advising me of the issues. When I reached I out to the company who had originally installed the roof I was given lip service and told that they could offer me a slight discount on the shingles but could not come out for a few weeks. Brendan came out on a Saturday to look at the roof. While it wasn’t the news I wanted to hear he was honest and told me what had to be done to fix the roof. After getting the run around from the original roofing company I contacted D & M to do the job. I was given an estimate and they knew that time was of the essence. D & M arranged to do the work the day after I gave them a deposit and they completed the work in a day. I was given updates including photos of the work being done and contacted with any changes they thought should be made. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and care that D & M provided. I would recommend them to anyone considering work around their house. Thank you!

Brendan & Delila remodeled 3 outdated, dilapidated and ugly bathrooms for us and didn’t flinch once at the many issues that surfaced in doing so. They’re entirely professional from estimate to completion of work. Both are experienced and creative and have ideas when you don’t and will make it all happen at a reasonable cost. We highly recommend D&M Roofing and Home Improvement and will absolutely – without any hesitation – hire them to do so much more.

Talk about a great group of people! They came and helped us out the day we called. Kind, compassionate and professional, these guys not only take care of the project you ask them to, but take care of you as the homeowner too. Their prices were reasonable, the work was clean and their responsiveness was far better than others. Will be calling them again. Thanks!

D&M Roofing and Home improvement were great partners in some recent home improvement projects we hired them to do. Throughout the process, they were extremely communicative and listened to our objectives for the projects. They were quick to turn around with estimates and were transparent with timing of project completion. The work was good, and made all the better by the people with whom we worked!

D & M provided excellent craftsmanship and professionalism. Their clean up and respect for our home environment was far above any workman we have used. They were transparent about any potential difficulty with our project which established tremendous trust and respect. I recommend you use their services first to avoid calling them to fix another company’s mistakes and short cuts!

D&M transformed the exterior of our outdated house. Their crew was there early in the morning and worked until sundown to get the job done.

I highly recommend D & M Roofing and Home Improvement and will use them again for roofing and home improvement needs. They handled the unique challenges of re-roofing an antique farmhouse exceptionally. From the initial quote to the final clean up, every aspect of the process was handled professionally and fairly. The crew was courteous, hard-working and delivered the highest-quality work in a very short time. I am very impressed with D & M and I appreciate the great work they delivered!

D&M was fantastic to work with. We needed a new roof because it had been over 25 years for the old roof. The quote was great and they started the next week. The D&M crew got the new roof (plywood, taping and shingles) installed quickly and neatly. They also installed new gutters and downspouts. Our shutters were faded, so they removed the old metal shutters and cleaned them and then painted them to match the gutters. Everything looks fantastic. They also did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. Attention to details was very noticeable. I would definitely recommend D&M to our friends.

We had a small roof repair from storm damage fixed and then a very big attic space turned into a bonus room, and D&M knocked it out of the park. Professional, clean, courteous, and a great attitude were all just extra perks on top of the amazing job they did. We could not be happier with the room project. D&M will be our first call for whatever comes up next. Thank you so much!
