  FAILED TOWN INSPECTION AND REFUSES TO FIX It takes a lot for me to write a negative review; but I must from my experience with CMW. Henry's crew had to come back 4x times to fix my newly installed leaking roof. The vent pipes and Chimney flashing leaked day 1. Henry was never able to fix the leak around my chimney even after repointing it. I had to hire another contractor to fix his work. His business ethic is horrible as is his personality. He shows up unannounced, blames existing plumbing for his company's shotty flashing, will run extension cords without asking, and is just downright rude. I've never had such an ugly experience with a contractor as I have with Henry and CMW. Think twice about using this company and save yourself the headache!!! Find a responsible business owner who actually knows how to swing a hammer and install to code! HE WILL CUT CORNERS AND MAKE EXCUSES!!! I NOW HAVE LEAKING WINDOWS DURING STORMS - EVERYTHING HE TOUCHED HAS LEAKED!

  Kyle, we came highly referred from your parents who had nothing, but pleasant things to say about our company, team, and service similarly to thousands of other happy customers. Your job was an insurance job with a specific scope of work that was covered under your policy, however all the work that your home needed was not covered by your insurance. To have the work you needed completed you would have had to come out of pocket which you elected not to do. We informed you that if you didn’t resolve those additional items you would continue to experience issues. We included services which were not in the scope of work by your insurance to assist you and we even lowered our prices to try and accommodate you. There was even insurance money you kept from us that was part of the scope of work. We wish you the best of luck.

  Nobody showed up and nobody called to say nobody is showing up. Very annoying. Just called another company. Hopefully they follow through

  Make sure any open permits are closed out when the job is completed!! Contractor has been completely unresponsive!

  About this time last year I paid CT Waterproofing to install a ~20' section of 6" gutter. The only reason I was requesting this was to give my foundation (which overlaps porch) another inch of cover. The 1st service was prompt but they did not install flashing correctly. This allowed water to travel between gutter and roof line, putting even more water on the foundation. After the flashing was installed and corrected, this issue persists. At the end of the day, I cannot help but feel I overpaid for a service that was undelivered.

  As home owner renovations could be costly but Henry Guzman made it easy. I was stressing out about the whole process but he said "You are in good hands" and that word give me piece of mind. His crew was always on time and very professional I definitely recommend CMW Roofing & Siding.

  It was important to me to be able to trust this company and there workers. I have not moved into my house yet and needed to have work done. It was completed with great skill and professionalism. I would recommend them a hundred percent.

  CMW Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish! A huge shout-out to the owner Henry Guzman who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire project. He kept me informed every step of the way, always available to answer questions and even taking phone calls while the work was being done. His communication skills and professionalism really put me at ease. The crew worked efficiently, the cleanup was spotless, and the quality of the finished roof is top-notch. did an outstanding job from start to finish! 100% recommended

  I first met David from CMW while getting roofing bids. He was extremely professional, responsive, organized and knew his stuff. I referred him to another person where he did the roof replacement and the final product was beautifully done. He came back to install gutters for me, which look great and are big enough to handle the volume of roof water without overflowing. The installation crew was pleasant, professional, tidy and speedy. David has shred useful info on other topics as well, going above and beyond. Communication has been timely and thorough. I am a happy and grateful customer!

  You just won the lottery! I interviewed 8 (!!!) self-proclaimed “siding contractors” before a golden referral to CMW, where I finally found a well-run, organized, and competent management team who listened to what I wanted for the design and function of a new product to replace the worn and damaged wood siding and gutters that covered my contemporary home, and guided me to a solution that met/exceeded my expectations. They did not try to sell me something they wanted to install, ignoring my issues with durability and design. They listened to my priorities and worked with me to find the PERFECT siding for my home. Then the next unexpectedly amazing step happened. Crews arrived to begin work on my house and I watched in awe as teams of disciplined, skilled workers started quickly installing my new siding. Each worker had a role, and I marveled as they worked efficiently and seamlessly together—almost like a well-rehearsed dance. Added to that each worker was friendly and polite—ALL THE TIME—both to me and their fellow workers. Where did CMW find these guys? I am not exaggerating. It was a long and frustrating experience trying to find a company I could trust with such a big job. If I didn’t know without any doubt that it was absolutely imperative that I replace the siding on my house I would have given up my search, but in the end it was worth it because I found CMW and they did a magnificent job. My house is protected with new, durable LP siding that I will never have to paint again, and the siding style I selected, with the help of the CMW management team, enhances the original design of my contemporary home. It looks terrific and I can’t thank these guys enough for their skill and attention to detail, and their respect for me as a client. They answered my questions, they answered my phone calls, and they pointed out issues that had not occurred to me which led to a better final result. The downside to working with CMW? I can’t think of one.

  David and his crew did a marvelous job on both installing ventilated soffits and repairing the brickwork and cap for my crumbly chimney top. They also had to replace the flue. David kept me updated along the way with pictures since I was in another state. They were timely, professional and very quick! It was a pleasure working with them!

  We got quotes from at least six different roofing companies, some local, some not and CMW stood out from the start. No hard sell, they were patient, just walked us through everything step by step. Drone inspection and walk-through the attic with us, showing us the actual problem spots in the decking. Really appreciated how they took time to educate us on what needed to happen and why. They explained the materials they'd use and the whole process from start to finish, including cleanup. Permits were easy. Pricing was straightforward with a few different options to choose from, and included gutter repair as part of the package. The flexibility helped us find something that worked for our budget since the homeowners insurance claim was denied. They did the job in one day, fit us in right before the storm, arriving at 8am and bouncing out before 5pm. Cleanup after the job was thorough, important for us since we've got kids and a dog that's all over the yard. They made sure there weren't any stray nails or shingle/wood/metal debris left behind. Would definitely recommend them if you're getting your roof done. Ask for Dave.
