  Didn't have an option to give a negative star review so I had to give a 1 star. Chris is supposedly the owner of the company. He showed up initially a lot to earn the business but he comes across as an old car salesman that talks a lot, over promised and under delivered on every level on our roofing job. They initially came and did some repairs but couldn't stop the water leaks when it rained. They blamed that previous roofers did horrible job and now any repairs they do cannot be guaranteed since the water could be traveling from any area on the roof. Moving forward Insurance company paid for the entire roof replacement. They installed a TPO roof system for roof replacement. The job was worth more than 400K at a commercial property in Bedford, TX. A month later when it rained, roof started leaking from all the same spots that it was originally leaking. Its been a year now they have sent several guys to figure out why is the water leaking and can't seem to figure it out. Off course, Chris hasn't showed after he got the check and has not delivered on any of the big promises he made. Please stay away from this company as they don't know any about roofing or anything they claim. I should've trusted my initial gut feeling about Chris and shouldn't have done any business with them at all.

  As a tenant of the building, we appreciate your feedback Asad. We’d also like to clarify and provide some background on your review for other viewers. The roof has a firestone warranty and it also backed by CSI with and additional warranty. In addition, Firestone came out and did a thorough independent inspection of the roof and it passed all their inspections. We've hired an engineer to inspect the building (to provide further clarification about what is causing the leaks which appear to be associated with structural issue). We are working directly with the owner of the building, in hopes that we can get this handled as quickly as possible. As we continue to go beyond what we were hired to do, we feel the review needs further explanation and the 1-star is not warranted. We have constantly arrived promptly anytime we’ve been called regarding your building. We have also been on site to repair additional issues unrelated to the roof.

  Excellent. When one of the crews missed something minor, I let CSI know and they were right on it. They also did my neighbors house and it looks great also.

  2 days plus one for the gutters, CSI Renovations & Roofing, Bedford, TX removed and replaced our roof; 6600sf. Dan and his team was able to pull together a team of 10-12 workers working non stop for two days and replaced the shingles and underlay with the most modern roofing materials and worked with the insurance company on the claim. The class four(4) ROOF is great, the crews were excellent, they were extra careful and cleaned up after as if they were never there. Excellent job and the management team went out of their way to insure that we were 110 percent satisfied. A great job. Thanks Dan P.

  Ross Roofing painted our house trim and gutters, refurbished our front door, sealed cracks beside our windows, repaired our fireplace and added outside flood lights. We were very pleased with the quality, timing and follow through of their services. We will definitely use them again. We highly recommend this company.
