I called for a quote and at first they responded quick. I guess because the job i needed it wasn’t big enough they didn’t answer when i called regarding the quote. They could just tell me they didn’t want to do the job so I wouldn’t bother them anymore

These guys cancelled a appointment and said they could come the following day which was ok.Came out and looked over the job and said they would email me a quote.I called days later and they said it was emailed and if I didn’t set it to check my spam folder.I checked email and spam and nothing.I called in the morning and told the secretary that I didn’t get anything. She asked my email again said she would send it again. She said she would also check with the guys and Christian and find out what was going on.Tried calling again and no answer. If they aren’t interested why can’t they just let me know?? Not professional in my eyes.

We had a great experience with David and his crew. All windows replaced and vinyl siding and new gutters installed. The job took about 2 weeks, they arrived at 7:30 am and worked until about 7pm, summer job. They cleaned up every night and left our property in fine condition. The windows were installed and then they finished the interior of the windows and painted all. Beautiful job. David Cruz is very responsive and helpful with any issues or questions we had and we would highly recommend him for your housing contractor needs. Excellent company.

We had an excellent experience with Cruz Roofing and couldn’t be happier with our new roof! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, hardworking, and took great pride in their work. Our home has several different rooflines, dormers, and angles, and the workmanship came out absolutely beautiful. Everything looks clean, precise, and incredibly well done. The aerial photos really show the quality of their work and what an amazing difference the new roof made to our home. The crew was respectful of our property, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed properly and cleaned up when they were finished. It’s clear that they care about the quality of their work and their customers. We are extremely happy that we chose Cruz Roofing and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company and excellent craftsmanship. Thank you, Cruz Roofing, for making our home look amazing! We absolutely love our new roof!

I bought my house in 1985. I had a new roof put on in 1987 over the existing one with 20 year shingles and complete new roofing job in 2012. Then in 2020 I remodeled the bathroom and the contractors installed a vent over the shower. In doing so, they apparently tore a roofing tile. This resulted in a leak in 2023, which the 2012 roofer patched. Fast forward to 2026. It leaked again, big time, in the 2"/ hr downpour. 2012 roofer did not return call. David came on short notice and replaced the torn tile before the next storm. Color me pleased and thankful.

We recently updated our home in Westport with a new roof, Hardie siding, and a few windows, and the transformation is incredible. From the first meeting to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, responsive, and took pride in every detail. The craftsmanship speaks for itself, and we've already had several neighbors ask who did the work. We would absolutely recommend Cruz Roofing & Siding to anyone in Westport or Fairfield County looking to upgrade their home.

This morning, Cruz Roofing & Siding was called out to this beautiful family home in Westport, Connecticut for professional guidance regarding roof replacement and gutter replacement options 🏡✨ Following a comprehensive exterior inspection, our team carefully evaluated the condition of the existing roofing system, gutters, flashing details, drainage performance, and other critical components that help protect the home from water intrusion and long-term damage 🔍🛡️ At Cruz Roofing & Siding, we believe homeowners deserve more than a quick estimate—they deserve a thorough understanding of their home’s needs and the confidence to make informed decisions. That’s why we take the time to inspect each property carefully and provide recommendations tailored to the home’s condition, the homeowner’s goals, and their budget ·️ For this wonderful Westport family, we presented multiple roofing and gutter solutions utilizing dependable roofing systems from GAF, one of North America’s most trusted roofing manufacturers 🔨🏠 A properly installed roofing system can provide decades of protection while enhancing curb appeal, energy efficiency, and overall property value.
