  Amity was extremely helpful, professional and thorough with the recent roof project we needed. This past winter the snow and ice destroyed our roof and gutters. We had a ton of damage. We were introduced to Joe from Amity and he came right out to take a look at our roof and attic. It wasn't an easy job, with the build of our home we needed expertise we weren't finding with other roofing contractors who just wanted to start our job without considering insulation, venting, existing condition of roof deck, rafters and skylights. Joe took all this into consideration and came up with a plan, that was thought out and thorough. He also connected us with a company to address our insulation issues, assuring when the roof was replaced we had next steps in place to repair the interior of our home. Amity is upfront, honest and detailed. They also prepare for things that come up unexpectedly, like when we needed new plywood decking for most of our roof, it was communicated and handled. Turns out our gutters were also a mess and needed to be rehung and pitched. Joe and his team identified it while here and took care of it. They did our huge roof in just a couple of days, communicated the whole way. Even now that the job is done, Joe is still checking in to make sure we are satisfied with the work. They also did an amazing job cleaning up each day and at the finish of the job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Amity for any home projects we have in the future.

  Since Amity Home Maintenance Solutions inception in 2016, working with him on his roof, plywood, and skylight replacement project was very rewarding for us both. Upon meeting Gerald, I provided answers to his questions which were of high concern. Throughout the start of the project, I assure Gerald that everything will be OK and will go according to plan.   Joe delivered three new skylights when he said he would, and he and his two guys arrived a week later, on time, when he said they would. They removed the old skylights and replaced them in one day. They did a professional job, on budget. They cleaned up the site. All went well with no drama or unexpected shenanigans. I recommend them.

  I am absolutely thrilled that I found Joe in a random way while searching online for skylight repair. First, he responded right away and came to see the leak from the skylights. I never had to chase to get a hold of him even once. He kept me informed at every step and when he said he would be there he showed up with his crew on time. Joe stayed with his team and supervised them at every step. I felt so comfortable that I gave him the key to my house since I was away working during the repair. They did a beautiful job, ordered new skylights and installed them in 1 week. Finish look was beautiful; they even painted the walls below the skylight with a new coat. Now I have 3 more projects lined up for him. Joe is a very skillful, knowledgeable and direct guy on top being very personable. Excellent repair, professional and pleasant interaction. I cannot recommend Joe and Amity Home Maintenance Solutions enough for any home project!
