  Wow, i am surprised you are writing a bad review considering ,you had your renovation contractor and his roofer do a water test and water did come in. Upon my visit , i took my time and materials to install a secondary flashing under your J-trims to rule out the wall and shingle area. Both me and your contractor performed water tests on the roof area for 10 minutes, no water came in. When the water was sprayed on your siding,the infiltration showed up. Even your contractor admitted water was coming from wind driven rain.You know and i know what was said. When entering the attic the underly of the roof was dry on all three tests. The water was running down the wall on the blackboard tentest in which indicates the water is behind the siding. When I explained to your contractor and yourself of this matter, I took it in my own hands to go seal all the joints of the siding as there was openings and 1/4 Overlaps which explains why wind driven rain gets in there. I documented everything have over 15 pictures and a video which I showed you. After that, you had your contractor, go spray the whole siding and the roof to ensure that no more water was coming in so he can Complete his renovations. After his test was done, there was no more water coming in, so it was clearly coming from the Siding. I do admit that I was not able to make all the visits on your time as we are busy, but I still did not ignore you and I did the best I can because I was running between my schedule, your Contracter schedule and your schedule and we couldn’t all meet up at the same time. And I know you mentioned you wanted me to pay your deductible, And I clearly would’ve if it was my fault, but it is not my fault. Sorry that this all came out like this. NOTE: And you also mentioned you wanted your stairs done and we can take the $500 deductible off but since you gave me such a harsh review, we will leave it at that.

  The one star is for the individual that quoted the work. He was super nice and promised what i signed for. Unfortunately frank came with his helper a butchered the job, it was done so bad that 6 months later I called another company to redo the roof again. Frank tried to add extra costs, sent me contracts that i didn’t even sign, they up charge the job for work they did not do, and did the job half assed. They showed up at 8pm and stated doing work at night , they left a mess everywhere. Membrane was not attached properly, there was massive condensation on the wall when thier initial work was removed, there were holes everywhere, screws driven in the covering, everything was peeling off the wall and roof itself, it was just awful. Even though they offered a 5 year guarantee on the roof, and given it started leaking after 6 months, I didn’t even want them to come back and butcher it more. Horrible company, i highly recommend choosing someone else and im probably going to take legal action for a refund of the work. Stay away. I welcome any representative from the company to argue these allegations as I can provide many photos of what I’m claiming. If any potential client is doubtful of my experience I can provide an email conversation I had with Frank as well as multiple pictures of the horrendous job he did, not to mention his own staff badmouthing the company and trying to poach clients.

  Should be giving less than 1 star. Have not used them for my roof but they certainly thought my property and roof were accessible as they parked their truck in my driveway and accessed my deck to get to my neighbor's roof. When told to get off my property they said yeah we are almost done. They lied and said that the neighbor told them it would be ok - NOT! They left marks on my lawn with their truck, marks in my driveway, walked on my roof and put their tools on my roof. They are dishonest and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Our job is not by hour , we provided you a service to remove snow and ice of the front of the house for 350$. My employees completed the job ,when you asked them to do additional work (remove ice and snow in the back) they provided you with a price of 200 and you agreed apon with no questions asked When I gave you a phone call to discuss the situation you tried to black mail and threaten us too change the price back to 350 and you would remove this review. We would like to keep this on just to bring awareness to situations where people try to take advantage of our employees in doing extra work

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! If I had to describe **Dorval Roofing** in just one word, it would be **professional**. From my very first meeting with John, I knew my roof was in great hands. He made the initial process smooth and stress-free. After signing the contract, we worked with Frank, who was absolutely amazing. His communication is unmatched—he actually answers his phone and replies to texts right away, which is so rare these days and made a massive difference to us. When it came time for the actual work, the crew arrived and completely demoed the old roof in record time. Before I even knew it, they had the new one up and thoroughly cleaned the entire property, leaving absolutely nothing behind.   I called contacted Dorval Roofing for an emergency roof repair. Frank called me back the next day and showed up as promised. He explained the issue and what needed to be done, and the repair was done swiftly and has resolved the problem. Dorval Roofing gets 5 stars for service and promptness, something I cannot say for other well-known roofing companies who didn't even bother to reach out after I contacted them. Thank you, Frank.

  Frank and his team at Dorval Roofers tiled my garage roof and replaced flashing in the breezeway. They did excellent work and were very professional. Frank is easy to work with and responds to queries quickly. I will recommend to my friends and family. I would have no issues hiring Dorval Roofers in the future.

All the workers were friendly and accommodating throughout, while at the same time being so professional. There had been some water damage on our Mansard roof, and they took care of everything.
