Not a reputable company! The owner sent his assistant to do the job without any appointment although I called and texted him several times and he didn't respond! I have to running after him to pay him his money and then after asking him several times by texting to send me my invoice he yelled at me telling( I told you after the long weekend you will have it) and today which is the day I suppose to have it he texted me of course after I called him and he didn't reply as usual and told me you will have it tomorrow! I called the company explained everything and asked about sending me my invoice, the lady who answered dealt with me with disrespect, said a lot of excuses and even didn't say sorry, asked me to send her my email although they have it and hung up on me!

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Our office was closed over the long weekend, and our staff was on vacation, which caused some delays — we did mention the invoice would be sent after the holiday. The assistant visit was just to keep the job on track, not meant to be unannounced. As for the call, asking for your email was just to confirm details — not an excuse. Sorry if it came off the wrong way. We appreciate your patience and are always working to improve.

This service doesn't deserve even one star. I do not recommend them. They did a poor job that broke within a few days and never returned to fix it. Total waste of money and time. Hi Baljit, Check your SMS!!

Scheduled twice for an onsite consultation, both times a no-show and without proactive rescheduling. I get how busy folks can get, I'm busy as well and had taken time to be at home and wait for these guys... Is what it is I guess :)

Estimate process was quick and easy. It took some time to pin down the work date due to weather, but once scheduled, the job was completed very fast.

They were very professional. And even though they work efficiently, they didn’t cut corners. Their price is very fair for a reputable company like theirs; I compared to several others. I would highly recommend them!
