I sent great pictures of what specific items were needed to be done. Yet it took a whole week for them to come look at it before they could give an estimate. That was around noon yesterday. I have received nothing from them as of the end of the work day today. Very disappointing.

Very pleased with Cooper. First time I used them a few years ago they told me no work was needed, no charge. This time they did a thorough inspection with a few required fixes at a very reasonable price.

Roof needed repair as it was leaking (rumor has it that the original builder had not used high quality underlayment in 1999). Cooper Roofing recommended taking off the concrete tiles, replacing the underlayment and then putting the …

I asked Cooper Roofing to give me an estimate on bringing my roof back up to par after a previous solar company damaged over 60 tiles and the repair they performed was not to my expectations. They came out and while they were not the …

First the initial inspection was very informative as the estimator shared with me the photographs taken of the roof damage and areas in need of repair. The installers, a team of 4, were punctual each day. As they worked, they kept me informed of what was being done and showed me some of the materials from the damaged areas repaired. After the job was completed, they did an excellent job cleaning up my yard and around my house. I also had them re-roof an old Tuff Shed on the property. They did a fine job on that roof too. After all the work was done, they photographed both the house roof and the shed roof and shared those photos with me. As I walk around the house, I can see the improvements they made during the installation. They did a very good job.

Cooper Roofing and Solar inspected my roof after I noticed something that looked a bit odd to me, but I wasn't sure it was a problem. I do not have solar, by the way, so this is just about the roof. Turns out what I saw was normal, but they did spot broken tiles in areas I had not previously examined and other roof damage (no surprise with all the wind and sun here in Las Vegas) and suggested some repair and tune-up to help it last. They were responsive and able to schedule this quickly, and did an outstanding job in bringing my roof to a safe standard to handle the LV weather and environment. Many thanks to Cooper Roofing and Solar.
