  I had an encounter with the owner and he was very aggressive. He has anger issues and is a racist that seems to wear his racism proudly - i literally felt unsafe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

  It was great to have them do replace the shingles on my roof. They did a wonderful job, and all workers were great to have working in my yard. I am so glad that my friend recommended them to me.

  Chuck with ariat roofing was recommended to us through a friend. We contacted the company and spoke with Dawn at the front desk who was EXTREMELY pleasant and linked us to him. After a conversation we decided with no question this is the company we wanted to install our roof for our house. Chuck did an AMAZING job with communication through the entire project. The job was done seamlessly well with no issues. Thrilled with their service and HIGHLY recommend ariat and Chuck!

  Ariat Roofing (father & son) came out to do our estimate and were very thorough and helpful. Estimate included pictures to show us where the issues were. The estimate was exactly what they charged, nothing hidden, and they even helped to put a vent cover on that the original builder didn't install. The first rain came after they did the repair and their repair worked. Very happy with their services, from estimate to billing!

  Ariat Roofing customer service is top notch, I received an estimate for my roof tiles that were damaged by the solar company! I needed them replaced and repaired before escrow closed! The solar company ghosted us! I called Ariat came out and gave me a bid! The solar company finally came out and fixed the tile but didn’t provide the necessary paperwork for the escrow! I put a call into Aaron the Property Manager and he had his team go over and get photos and the paperwork I needed to closed! Great company I will definitely refer others to them! Bless your team Aaron!

  I recommend this local company that has been roofing the valley for 35+ years. They gave me a military veteran's discount (they asked me- I didn't have to ask) and put on a white Owens Corning roof and left my place clean. They even shingles under my A/C unit after lifting it a couple inches. I should be good for another 30+ years!

  I needed to replace the roof on my 25 year old Vegas house. Roof type was cement S tile. Price: Ariat came in 50% below another quote I got in the Valley Scheduling: They had the crew work my job until it was done. This is always important to me so there is no breaks in the job or folks who know what has been done so far. Craftsmanship: I know their crew did a good job because I had my roof replaced on one of the only weeks of the year it rained a lot here. They told me each day the roof would be left in a watertight condition even part way through the job and they were correct. Also they do double layer felt to ensure it makes it another 25 years. Safety/Cleaning: They picked up at the end of each day and then did a thorough cleaning at the end of the job. Customer Service: There was a small portion I wanted re-done and I had no trouble getting them to do the fix.

  As we all know when something happens and we need the services of a contractor we call and expect them to just show up the moment we hang up because we’re in a panic. Then reality sets in and we realize to get the best we have to be worked into their schedule. Back on May 22nd I was hit by a micro burst damaging my roof. First call was to my insurance company and then after numerous attempts to find a roofing company I got a hold of Ariat Roofing and spoke with Cecilia who informed me just how busy most of the roofers are. She did say she could get Josh out in a couple days to inspect my damage and get me a bid to do the needed repairs. She also told me that scheduling was out about 3 to 4 weeks once the bid was accepted. Since I was also dealing with insurance, timing was not a big issue although I wanted to get the work done. Their bid was great and acceptable to me and the insurance company also sent out an estimated which was right in line with their bid. Once I received my check from the insurance company I called Cecilia and asked that Josh stop back out so I could ask some questions. At that time he also had Aaron with him. I needed to have some of my solar panels removed in order to complete the work and we decided to do more than just fix the problem if I could afford to do so. After making some new measurements, the bid to a more complete job was within my budget and I accepted it. Josh also gave me the name of a solar company, 1Sun Solar Electric and said to talk with Reta. After talking with her I got a price acceptable to me for removal and replacement of the solar panels. Anyone trying to find a solar company to do any work on their solar system knows it very hard to find a quality company to work on a system they didn’t install, and my guess is more than half the solar companies that were here 5 years ago are gone or out of business. Anyway, Cecilia was able to get with their scheduling team and set me up to get my roof work completed plus she also c

  Excellent service at a good price. They corrected my insurance agent’s assessment of damage. Insurance tried to approve an inferior roof material. Thanks to Ariat, they sorted things out. Install quality looks top notch from an amateur perspective. Much better than the previous roof I had for sure. I like the lighter color roof choice. Should help reflect some of that hot sun
