We have roof and siding installed, all the materials are high quality and daily communication with the contractor and crews to make sure every detail has done right and look perfect, the crews are very good, from the day one, stripping out the old roof to the last day cleanup , very professional and highly skilled. We are very happy with the work

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I hired Matthew, John, and Anthony for a siding job and the experience was on another level. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Communication was always on point, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. The job came out amazing — clean, detailed, and done right. You can tell these guys actually care about what they’re doing and take pride in their work. What really stood out to me was the customer service. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and just handled everything. If you’re thinking about hiring them, don’t even second guess it. These guys are the real deal.

I recently had my roof replaced and new windows installed in my sunroom by Cooper Modifications, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Anthony, John, and Matt were fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. The crew that installed the windows did an excellent job as well. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and left the area spotless when they were done. I highly recommend Cooper Modifications for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

I was referred to this company by my neighbor who recently had their roof replaced. I needed siding work done to my house and was looking for a company that’s reliable and that I can trust. I had a great experience working with Cooper Modifcations. I have hired other contractors to do work on my house, but these guys were the best - extremely professional and they met their initial timelines (which that hardly ever happens). I am extremely satisfied with their work. I will be calling them to do my roof next.
