I had siding and Windows installed about 20 years ago. The workmanship is subpar. When they installed the windows the trim in the inside of the window was broken when the installer removed the trim. The installer put it back in broken in most of the windows. I brought it to the attention of the owner Mike and his answer was “you are going to put up curtains anyway”. I had no recourse because I had made the full payment. The new trim around the outside windows was not very professional and the caulking seal that they applied looks horrible. I also had a window glass break on its own that had a lifetime warranty. Mike came out, measured it and has never came back or will return any of my messages. I do not recommend Berkeley Exteriors!

I saw their ad which looked good so i requested a quote for a hatchway door replacement. The emails i received seemed to me to be avoidance and when i gave the information requested i never heard from them. This is rude behavior but i think it was because they just wanted to do high paying jobs. What they don't realize is when they get a customer and are respectful to them the customer will call them again but most companies just think of the current high paying jobs.

I went with Berkeley because they are a well established company with excellent reviews. It helped that they gave the best price for my new roof and gutter guards. Their crew was professional and did excellent work.I highly recommend them.

Berkeley Exteriors just finished replacing our roof over the main house, garage and in-law apartment. We obtained four bids and Chris came in with the best offer and with a product that has a 50-year warranty. He was very detailed in his presentation and explanations and the work was completed on time. Anthony led the crew and was very thorough with every detail. The crew did an excellent job from installation to clean up. We highly recommend Berkeley Exteriors. They are very professional and caring in their work and easy to deal with in their communications. Having spent 20 years in the building industry myself, I would say these guys are “top notch”!

Berkeley just finished my roof and did a great job. There was some structural stuff that was fixed and not only did Chris give me a fair price, he adjusted the quote on that portion of the invoice because it took his crew less time than …

Chris and his team put a new roof on our home, installed two skylights and replaced the gutters all around the house. The crew is very efficient and professional and was willing to explain anything we wanted more details on. They worked quickly and cleaned up every day. The quality of the materials used is excellent and the workmanship reflects the Berkely commitment to best quality. They finished the job on time and kept the price quoted. The appearance of our house and the improved lighting from the skylights have added to the livability, visual appeal and comfort of our home. We would recommend Berkely for any exterior project.

Berkeley replaced all of my windows, 2skylights and my deck. They were recommended by a friend who had them do siding, windows, roof and gutters and were extremely pleased, as was I. No pressure, very informative, great experience.

Berkeley did a fantastic job on my roof. They kept everything tidy, and it looks great. So much so that I had them do the roof on my new house. Very professional and pleasant - I highly recommend them.
