  Local Business that drives AGGRESSIVELY throughout town. We got cutoff by them TWICE as they suddenly pulled out in front of us and we had to slam the breaks, they then processed to cut through lanes abruptly before stopping suddenly and then throwing themselves onto oncoming traffic. Not sure what kinda business practice entails being a danger to the rest of society, but i hope your clients like their roofs at least. Ya don’t tell them how you almost caused 10 accidents on the way to their house.

  It took 3 attempts for them to get my roof to pass inspection. Then his crew blew all the stone and debris into my pool. It did about 4 thousand dollars in damages. When I asked for a return call I never got one. After I emailed the company I never got a response. So now I will see them in court. Beware of this company.

  Do not and I repeat do not use. I have had problems with my roof over my pool area and can't get them to come out. Comer himself said he would come and never showed up. Also when put the roof up they did not put ventilation in there. I've …

  I went there looking for someone to fix my roof, I said it looks like it is the bathroom vent that’s leaking but I’m not sure. After a week of waiting for them to come take a look, they called and said job is too small find someone else. Not very professional.

  Faulty assessment of roof. Three other roofers said minor problems and it was fixed. Comer said the entire roof needed replacement. I would not trust this company. It's unfortunate that 0 stars is not an option.

  I was run off the road by a small white Comer Roofing truck on Grand Ave. around 6:30 p.m. The Comer Roofing Vehicle attempted to pass in a no passing zone going double the speed limit. I will be filing a report with the Volusia County Sheriff’s office concerning this incident. Allowing a vehicle with your business’s name plastered on it to drive recklessly in a residential area is a complete failure by management and owner.

  Comer roofing did a great job,his crews have been with him a few 20 yrs. They work together like an oiled machine. They were very nice hardworking . They did metal and my roof wasn’t steep but it was big had some tough areas. Dennis and his crew did things others said they couldn’t. Dennis Comer knows his stuff. Very fair priced as well,I got 5 bids and Comer Roofing gave me the feeling they can do about anything. They can! You need a new roof check everyone else because you will see how good Comer Roofing is. The oldest license in Volusia County,there is a reason he’s been around so long. Great companies let thier product speak for itself.

  Very highly recommend Comer Roofing. Interviewed 10 roofing companies to install a new roof on our house and spoke with the owner, Dennis, directly to vet his company. So glad we decided to go with Comer, as their crew meticulously installed our new roof. They use their own trained crew, many of which have been with the company many years, and their experience showed. The craftsmanship was exemplary and they paid special attention to potential problem areas to ensure longevity. Of note, some companies are very sloppy installing drip edge and edging off the shingles, but Comer's drip edge and precision was phenomenal. We had a great experience and would definitely use them again!

  I NEEDED A COMPLETE NEW FOR MY HOME INSURANCE AND IT MUST BE CERTIFIED BY A QUALIFIED ROOFER ( LICENSED AND INSURED ). THEREFORE, I USED THIS LOCAL COMPANY CALLED " COMER ROOFING "; WOW GREAT JOB TO THE ENTIRE " TEAM " AT COMER ROOFING...THIS MARINE SAYS " OH YEA ! "

  We had a wonderful experience with comer roofing. Cleanup was phenomenal and the service was prompt! Our new metal roof is absolutely beautiful ! This company went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

  Comer Roofing is absolutely the worst roofing company in Deland. Mr. Dennis Comer has nothing but excuses for the poor craftsmanship that he and his roofers do. My roof has shingles that are not adhered to the drip edge. And 5 out of 7 …

  I am so very disappointed with Comer Roofing. Yes they did a great job on the roof replacement, but their follow up on paperwork is deplorable. Three months ago I asked for a paid in full invoice and a copy of my guarantee and have never received either. And they were two weeks behind in their installation. They have forced me to demand the above mentioned items or I will be forced to file a complaint against their contractors license. Not a way to run a business.

  They reroofed our house a few years back. Roof started leaking. I sealed up the window up there and had him come out and take a look because roof was still leaking, "You didn't seal up the window well enough it's definitely the window." Okay, fine, I replace the window. Don't see much rain until the hurricane comes in, roof is leaking again. Focused on the window, I seal it up with plastic, board it up, and put a tarp over it. Roof still leaking, so 800% sure it isn't the window. Call him out after the storm and he says it's the window, that it was fixed wrong, that it looked like a child had done it (I was up there during the hurricane, mind you, trying to piece together what we had to make sure it was sealed). Owner was very condescending, saying it was leaking through the window sill (which was 100% covered). Have since confirmed, again, with a hose, that it is the *roof* that is leaking. Company is no longer returning my calls. Will be opening a complaint with the BBB.

  Very disappointed. Roof put on in May, leaks first two rains, they did come out, but still waiting for last two metal panels, facia I was promised because of old roof. Not done. Know he is busy, but his gain, my frustration. No call backs!
