John Cole was supposed to repair my leaking porch roof, but did not. After I paid $1250.00 to him, I realized there was still a leak when it started raining again and the roof was still leaking badly. He promised if there were any problems to call and he would come fix them. Well, I called, texted, etc several times with no response. Also, during the work he said he would come and wouldn't even show up and that without even a call to let you know they weren't going to show. Very unprofessional. Do not use. Dishonest.

Not pleased with the service at all. The drip edge they put on is uneven, shingles are not tacked down completely. They rescheduled coming out several times. And now when I try to contact them to get them to fix issues, they are no longer reachable via phone.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Coles Professional Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
