Contracted to clean and paint trim around chimney and clean siding stained from chimney. Colbert agreed to do their best to clean the siding. Siding wasn't cleaned at all. It could be cleaned with basic products but no effort was made. I know what this company's "best" is. Also got paint on my deck.

They do no pickup their trash and it blows everywhere. Even after speaking to them about it they leave the place a mess.

Yes. I am leaving a review from my experience on 07/07/20. I had called and was referred to Kristen in the accounting department. I called and treated this lady with respect and she was unprofessional and rude. This is one miserable woman and I definitely did not appreciate the way I was treated!!!!!

Robert with Colbert Roofing is a consummate professional. He stepped in when our previous roofer left us high and dry (well leaky and shingle shedding) in the middle of a claim appeal. Robert carried our claim over the finish line ensuring that everything the insurance company wanted was sent over in record time. From the time we first involved Robert till the material was in and approved was just about a week. The Colbert crew was out shortly after putting a new roof over our heads that we had initially been in limbo for approximately 10 months. The Colbert Company was recommended by a highly trusted friend and they didn't disappoint. If you need work done on your property and are looking for a no nonsense honest experience- Call Robert!

Robert Allen at Colbert Roofing was honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate in a timely manner and then scheduled the work quickly. The crew did excellent work and left the area free of trash, nails, and old shingles. I have used Colbert for many years and have always been pleased with their work. I will continue to call Robert for any additional roofing needs!

I have known and worked on projects with CRC that spanned over 30+ years. As a registered roof consultant (retired) I can affirm this business consistently offers and provides quality workmanship and professionalism. The current owner is a second generation roofer and has elevated this firm to one of the best in the area.
