  I want to respond because several parts of your review are not accurate and do not match the documented condition of the job. Exposed nails Any nails that were visible during installation were sealed before the job was completed. We have timestamped photos that show the plumbing boot nails and the lower nails were all sealed. Soffit damage Our crew did not damage the soffit. We do not work underneath the roofline where soffit sits. You had a stucco crew working in that area at the same time and based on the location and timing they would have been the ones who caused that type of damage. Waste pipe vent boot This was not loose. We have photos showing it was properly secured when we finished the project. Bathroom venting concern We only secure the gooseneck vents on the roof. If the dryer or bathroom vent hoses inside the attic are loose and not brought up to the roofline, we reach in and add hangers to hold them in place before locating the vent. Beyond that, the internal venting system inside the home is not part of roofing scope and is not affected by roof installation. Material cuts All roofing materials installed by our team were cut, secured, and finished. If anything looked unfinished, it would have been related to other trades on site, not the roofing work. Gutter colour The gutters were installed according to the colour information that was provided to us. There were also complications caused by issues with a neighbour who was reacting to other construction work on the property, including stucco and exterior work. That situation created major disruptions for everyone involved, including our crew. We document every project with photos from start to finish, and the conditions described in this review do not match the evidence we have. We stand behind our workmanship and are always open to addressing real concerns, but we also want the information shared publicly to be accurate.

  The entire process of coming across a problem with my roof was made so much easier on my peace of mind. From the first consult with an inspector, the timing was exceptional to get a quote and have the work completed. Keelan was a gem to communicate with and very efficient with responding to questions. Raj and Raju were extremely professional and helpful. Raj always had a smile on his face when speaking to me and Raju went out of his way to blow off the grass from my sidewalks while I was mowing my lawn, which was very helpful. Brandon stopped by to check in with the job and identified some concerns that I would not have noticed as it was only a job for the vent. Overall, the whole system worked perfectly and I would highly recommend this company. Great job all of you!
