I got a quote, the guy said he'd come by the next day to sign a contract. Never heard from him.

Hi JD. I'm sorry but we are not sure who you are? We always sign contracts through emails or do it the day we show up for an estimate. We don't "go back out the next day" for signing. I don't think this is the correct company you meant to put the review up for. Also wondering, did you called the office to let us know about this? Our secretary would have had someone out that day. If we did we drop the ball we are sorry but we don't have any idea who you are. Please feel free to contact us @ 360-400-1800

Very unaccountable. They did not show up. We were referred to Clear View Exteriors and were looking forward to working them based on the personal referral. I am so disappointed after making an appointment with them. We waited for Scott to show up all day. We called and he said he could not make it now for another week. We wasted an entire day waiting, and as we have a roof leak and water coming through our ceiling we are told he can't come out until next week now. We are so disappointed with the service, or rather lack of it.

Hi Monique, My apologies for the misunderstanding. We had a scheduled appointment time of 4pm for estimate only. Unfortunately we were a week out to send a tech to do the repairs as I mentioned over the phone. Our operating procedure is to give you a price first then schedule you. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please feel free to reach out to me and we will do our best to make it right.

I am so happy with my new roof. It was in bad shape when I moved in! I called and they came out right away and gave me explicit details of what needed to be done and an estimate. The next week they were out to do the repairs in one day! They were very nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for roof repairs. So happy with their service!

Clearview Exteriors recently replaced my roof, skylight, and gutters and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. First off, the quality of the work was fantastic. The crew replaced the entire roof in about three hours, which was impressive. The new skylight looks crystal clear compared to the old one that came with the house, and everything looks great. Barb in the office was wonderful and took the time to show me different color options for shingles. Esteban, the estimator, came out and explained the different levels of shingles and how their installation process works. I never felt pressured, just informed. What really stood out to me was their honesty. I originally had them look at my roof about a year and a half ago. They could have pushed for a sale right then, but instead they told me the roof would eventually need replacement but it wasn’t urgent at the time. That level of transparency is ultimately why we chose them when it was time to move forward. Their communication was excellent, responses were quick, and the installation crew was professional. The cleanup team did an amazing job and left the property spotless. If you’re in the market for a new roof or even just want honest guidance about your situation, I highly recommend Clearview Exteriors.

Called for a possible roof leak, and they came out the very next day. Jordan climbed up into the attic and found no leaks, but saw a section that was missing insulation and caused the issue I was worried about. Super fast and friendly from …

I called for a minor roof leak in the attic over the weekend. The Clear View team was able to come out swiftly, identified the problem, and fixed the issue. I reached out to 4 other roof companies with no response. The communication was awesome and they delivered on their promise. Best of all, the roof leak was found to be a minor fix and they did it for free! It’s rare these days to find a company that knows how to do customer service the right way. I’ll be sure to reach out to this team for all roofing needs in the future and will recommend them to my circle of co-workers, family, and friends.

They did an incredible job! I had a very complicated roof (a dome) and they were able to get the roof done in two days and it turned out great. They were efficient, clean and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofer in Pierce or Thurston County.
