  Good Afternoon Brian. We are not sure what job this is as we were hired by the HOA to complete the development. The HOA gave us the specifications for all gutter and downspout specifications. If you feel that your mother's home was not completed to your mother's satisfaction please contact the HOA. We also would like to speak with you directly to see if we can assist in any way. As far as the nails and the flat tire, unfortunatley, although we are extremely careful and try to assure that everything is perfectly clean, it could happen and we always are more than accomodating in paying for the damages. In this case, the HOA has advised us that they had advised all residents that all receipts for any damages, such as tires due to nails, would be turned in to them.   They installed gutters at my place last year. Despite my ask to replace them with the same size as what was already in place they said I didn't need "commercial" size but "residential" size was enough. Of course they were wrong and the gutters fail and overflow even with medium strength rain. They had to come back several times to adjust but they still overflow so I will have to call another company to fix what they did. I would avoid this company. That said they are nice guys and try to make he gutters look good. Too bad they don't work.

  Beware of doing business with Cherry Roofing and the Cherry family. In July, my wife and I looked for a contractor to repair a leak in our flat roof - it only occurs with heavy rain. We came across John Cherry of Cherry Roofing - he and Cherry Roofing both had excellent reviews in multiple places. He explained that Cherry Roofing had been in business for more than 50 years and his family goes the extra mile for their customers. He quoted $500 to fix the roof, to which we quickly agreed. That Saturday, he came over with Cherry Roofing employees, climbed on the roof and came back to say the repair would be more extensive and would cost $1500, but he'd warranty the repair until the roof was replaced. I was concerned about the leak, so I told him to go ahead. In a couple of hours, they'd completed the repair. He pointed out few other soft spots, but i didn't have the money and declined. A few weeks later, he called out of the blue and said they'd just finished a job in the area, had some extra materials, and could fix the soft spots for $300. I figured that was a decent price for patching the other spots, so agreed. He came over with his brother Jimmy and put on a patch. I thought everything was good, but we started getting heavy rains and I saw that the original leak was still present. I called him and he told me it was a new leak so he'd need to charge extra to fix it. I told him it was in exactly the same spot, same leak. He swore that since he'd repaired the first, it couldn't be the same. I went off on him and he conceded that he needed to fix it and would be out on Friday. That is when i discovered how the Cherry family works - they promise they'll come out to get you off the phone, then they don't show. After a few weeks of this, they stop answering the phone when you call. Once John stopped taking calls, I called their office. John's uncle Bobby said that John and Jimmy don't work for him and are "ruining his good name." He told me he would "make it right

  I've used them in the past and they were pretty good. However, on the most recent service call, I was not home but paid them in full, as I used and trusted this company. A part of the contracted work was missed and I called. Initially, I was told that they would come out in about a week. I've been chasing them since and they've been ghosting me as they've received payment in full. It's been 5 weeks.

  I was going south on Red Rd yesterday around 2:30PM, when a driver in a Cherry Roofing vehicle gave me a dirty drive where he cut infront of me with few inches to spare, on a wet road causing me to slam on my brakes and lock them up. Driver did all that just to be the first vehicle at the red light by Red Rd & Interchange Park intersection. If this was an employee, you guys need to have a word with that person and if this was the owner, is this how you represent your business?

  Our HOA had a 4 month window given by citizens insurance to replace 15 yo roof & skylights or not be renewed. We had planned to replace in year 17. Bid requests, evaluations & special assessments all had to be completed. Cherry Roofing stood out as transparent, fair pricing and met their commitment which required weekend work to get it done correctly and on time. Nice family business that you don’t come around too often in South Florida. Can honestly recommend.

  We chose Cherry beciase the did the roof at our other condo. Cici & Tim did a wonderful job, explained the process answered numerous questions and help us with our payment schedule.
