  I had a very bad experience with this company, they touched the air conditioning of my property causing great damage of which they did not want to take care.These people also offered remodeling services, of which they had no idea. They painted my house where they stained the ceiling, window frames, floor and lamps. They put caunter tops in bathrooms and kitchen where the silicone from the sinks started to fall off on the 3rd day. The dishwasher was left detached from the kitchen counter tops and the new bathroom counter tops were smashed. The workers used utensils from my kitchen to open paint cans which bent and broke. My living room and bedroom furniture were step on and badly treated. The person we hired Alex Escobar did not want to be held responsible for the damages and also gave my husband a bad attitude. Not even the customer service was good. They are very unfulfilled, it took 1 week more than agreed to deliver the work. They were never on time. I definitely do not recommend this company at all.

  I wouldn't take them on as a client solely because their driver (probably the owner too, it seems) is beyond incompetent. They don't know how to use their blinker to merge, they dont know how to abide by the speed limit, and worst of all, he's texting and driving. Come on, man. If you're going to drive and represent a company, dont be cutting people off when your lane is ending. Yield the right-of-way. Sometimes, I wonder how baboons acquire their licenses.

  Beware of A 1 pro services. Don't be fooled by the owners smile and humble way. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. They will tack on extra fees for work not done and go after your bank by putting a lien on your property until payment is surrendered. They'll even go as far as making fake invoices and others documents to cover their trail. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. Reconsider or you'll be sorry mark my words!!!

  I have been calling for an appt and they don’t have appt for the past 6 moth this is ridiculous bad service

  Don't do business with this company! I repeat, do not do business with this company. Absolutely terrible company. Horrible service and even worse customer service. The salesman was excellent prior to making the sale, but was rude after pointing out damages made to my property during the service. Was referred to owner Jesus Lopez, who hung up the phone in the middle of my complaint to him. Just the worse company I've had the misfortune of doing business with......... a star is wasted on them, but I cannot POSt without choosing a star.

  I reached out to Jorge to inspect my ceiling for visible humidity and condensation damage. He confirmed a time and arrived well-informed about the issue. He thoroughly inspected the attic and provided an honest assessment. The damage was due to previous regular attic heat issues. Jorge didn’t try to upsell me anything and was transparent in his analysis. I highly recommend Jorge for any issues you may have. He’s reliable and provides excellent customer service !

  Alex and his team were phenomenal. They did my dad's roof in Pembroke pines, they were professional, kind finished on time and couldn't havr been easier to deal with.   We recently had our entire roof replaced and the experience was fantastic. From the initial inspection to the final installation, their team was professional and communicative. They helped us with our insurance paperwork, finished the installation on time, and did an excellent job cleaning up every single nail from the yard. Highly recommend!

  Exceptional service from the initial contact through to the outstanding results. They went beyond my expectations at every stage. The contract clearly described the project's full scope, including cleanup and waste removal, which reassured me that I was working with highly professional contractors. Timeliness, budget, and quality were all maintained. Throughout the entire process, my interactions with the A-1 Pro team instilled confidence. The team and workers kept all their promises and communicated promptly throughout the job. I also spoke with one of the owners, Jorge Alexander E., who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I give them my highest recommendation.

  Alex and his team did the roof of my house a few years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality. Recently, I noticed a small leak and called him—he immediately sent someone out to take care of it without any hassle. The warranty his company provides is truly outstanding, and it gives me peace of mind knowing they stand behind their work. What impresses me most is Alex’s commitment to his clients.   We contacted A1 Pro Services to replace our roof. We obtained several quotes, but A1 was the most affordable. We contacted Alex who proved to be very professional and knowledgeable. The crew came out and worked tirelessly in removing the old times and cleaned up after they were done. The new roof was done in a couple of days and passed all the inspections in a very timely manner. We are beyond pleased with how the roof looks and with the entire process. I would highly recommend A1Roofing to anyone who needs roof replacement or repairs.
