Please read this comment before any action. They did the new roofing, new gutters and gutter guard for my house in Los Gatos last year. Surprisingly It took them 3-4 weeks to do it instead of few days, they claimed they needed city permits! …

I had Campbell roofing come out to give me a quote. Took about a week after the appointment for them to send me a quote and then another week to schedule the work. They said they’d be coming on a Saturday morning but only gave me “the morning” as a timeframe. I waited on Saturday until noon and no one showed up. I tried to call and email but no one responded. Finally, on Monday around 1:00 someone got back to me and only said “sorry for the inconvenience” with no explanation. They asked if they come this Saturday. I asked if I could get any kind of discount given I had waited an entire morning and no one showed up. They said no. Not wanting to risk another no show I decided to go with another vendor. This new vendor was able to give me a quote over text message after I sent him some photos, scheduled the work immediately after I said ok and the price was lower. Save your time and look elsewhere.

I had a roof leak underneath my solar panels that was dripping into my house. This was a bit of a nightmare because I had to have someone else come out and remove the solar panels. But once that was done, Roger and his crew came out and repaired my tile roof to be good as new. I've also had him come out and use a leaf blower on the roof to clean debris out from underneath the solar panels so that I don't have future leaks. He was great to work with and very clear about what services he would perform and what the price would be.

Campell Roofing has done two major re-roofing projects for me. I selected this company based on comparison with experiences I had with others. Campell quoted a fair price and performed an excellent job. They used first class materials, performed as scheduled, cleaned up thorougly and were very friendly and professional. They even fixed a few minor problems for free that were not scheduled. I will ask them first if a new roofing requirement comes up. Thank you, Fred Wydler property manager.

I wanted a local company to repair the flat roof on my home and they didn't disappoint. Posting this a year later, repairs fixed my problem, no more leaky roof!

When a roofing crew removes an old roof, they often uncover mistakes made years earlier. These hidden problems are not always obvious from the ground, but they can shorten the life of your roof and lead to costly repairs. During a tear-off, you get a clear view of what’s underneath the shingles, and certain errors show up again and again. Understanding these common errors can help homeowners make better choices when it’s time for a replacement. Let’s take a look at the most common errors. Jul 23, 2026Learn more
