The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Recently had my neighbor get roofing work done. I watched them doing the stuff across the street from my balcony. The guy is walking and breaking every tile he stepped on. Then at the end of the visit comes over to my place to give a business card for their service. Don't trust these guys on any roof, it will be an expensive lesson. Their business card and website are not even proud to put a physical address for where they do business from when you DO have problems. Very convenient that paying customers can be ghosted easily to evade being responsible to remedy problems or avoid warranty claims. Buyer beware!!!

Had our roof replaced in Salinas and the whole process was smooth. Fair pricing, solid workmanship, and the crew was respectful. The cleanup could of been a bit better, but overall very satisfied.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on CAL Pacific Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
