They came out to provide an estimate for roof repairs, but never sent the estimate and never responded to my follow-up email. Poor communication and waste of time. A simple update would go a long way.

Hello Mrs. Delany. We greatly apologize for any miscommunication that took place. However an estimate was sent that you should have received. Perhaps the email we had on file was incorrect. I have gone back through the email to find a follow up but was unsuccessful in doing so. If you would like we can reach back out to confirm and resend your estimate. Thank you.

In 2023 I have to edit this post. Yes they are still prompt with their service but my roof IS STILL LEAKING FROM WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED.(see below) Shane is a nice guy but his company has not made fixing my leaking roof a priority. So once again its leaking after a rainstorm and Im just going to find someone else. Burch's is just not worth the frustration. ************************************** I purchased a new roof a few years ago for one of my rental properties several years ago. My tenant recently started to complain that water is seeping inside the house and down the walls and a bubble has formed in one bedroom. Without hesitation Shane called me right back and went out to assess the situation. No extra fees. Their warranty is worth its weight in gold. I will never use another roofing company.

Shane and the Burch Roofing Team have taken care of me for years with my home and rental properties. They are respectful and personable. Their prices are fair and the work is done quickly and professionally. I will always call them for roofing related work in the Florence area.

I called to request a quote. The third-party company utilized for extracting information is poorly trained. My first impression isn't good at all - the operator was extremely combative. I'll wait to see if someone will actually follow-through with the quote...but from the initial call, it doesn't seem likely. I'll change my rating once I am contacted, if at all. SMH

My parents and I have used Burch Roofing over decades, at least three jobs thanks to hurricanes and hail, the last roofers in the summer of 2021 and as always was quick, professional and flawless. I would not trust anyone else.

Very good business. From contacting them for a quick quote, to having the materials delivered, and the roof finished, was a pleasurable experience. That is until it came time to pay. That may have hurt some. Just teasing! Burch Roofing …

Burch Roofing recently replaced the roof on our house, and we are very, very pleased with the work! We have two styles of roofs on our house (shingled gables and sloped/membrane) and they did a beautiful job replacing both. They also addressed a leaking porch roof problem due to poor and non-existent flashing, and our porch roof is now completely leak free! They also did a wonderful job cleaning up the property when they were done. Most importantly, they return all phone calls and arrive as scheduled! We highly recommend them!
