Don't use this company!!! We had a new roof put on our house this summer, in August of 2016. Starting in the beginning of January of 2017, when it rains, there is a MAJOR leak from the ceiling of our front porch right in front of our door. It's damaging our porch ceiling as well as the wood porch beams. For the past two weeks, both my husband and I have called and sent emails about warranty repair. The roof is only 6 months old!!! The messages left with the receptionist and emails have gone totally unanswered. Very disappointed that they won't respond. Also, during the holiday when getting Christmas things from the attic, there are nails sticking through the interior wood by more than 1/2". This is our 3rd roof since we've been in our house for more than a decade and I've never seen that before.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience back in 2016. At BRM, we’ve built our business over 17 years in DFW by standing behind our work and continuously improving how we serve our customers. Since then, we have expanded our warranty response team, improved our communications systems, and earned recognition like the 2024 NTRCA Golden Hammer Award and dozens of 5 Star Google reviews. While we regret we did not meet your expectations at that time, we remain committed to doing the job right and taking care of our customers today

Neighbor sent a text and told us we had a hole in the roof Friday evening. Owner Todd called me within an hour, they had manager Jacob at the house the next morning, professional, friendly, wearing company attire, and the roof fixed by 10.30am Monday. Can’t do better than that. Highly recommended.
