  Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating leaks can be. Each time you contacted us, our team responded and was on site to evaluate the issue. As previously explained, the condition observed is consistent with ice damming, which is a weather-related occurrence and not covered under our workmanship warranty. Our warranty remains in place for the roof installation itself but does not extend to ice damming or areas outside our original scope of work. We noted mortar separation in the affected area, which can contribute to water intrusion. We are always just a phone call away and remain available to discuss solutions if needed.

  Just be careful with these 3:16 roofing people.Two days back there was a Windstrim in my area and my house has only few shingles missing hardly 5 to 6. This3:16 roofing came to my door all of sudden and said there is only one spot which shows inner white layer so we will cover that free of cost as a goodwill gesture and my husband said okay.The next day he sent two guys they were working for the whole day just using the tarp to cover whole roof with unnecessary ring nail spoiling the whole part of the roof.He nailed each and every shingles with that nail forcing literally to go for insurance to replace the whole roof costing more than 10 grand.There was a very cruel intention behind his good gesture. The repair of his doing costed me 4 times the cost of repair would have costed earlier.please take it as a lesson and don’t let anyone to work on your roof of this 3:16 people anytime.I have all recorded photos and will present as a proof where required.

  We first contacted this company after the company that did my roof decided to flake on me and later tried to screw me over. They seemed pretty good, with the project manager Raleigh coming out and going over in detail where the problems were. I was told that I'd get the quote that day or the next day. Towards the end of the next day I contacted Raleigh to see what the status was as I hadn't received it yet. He said that the email address was wrong and it hadn't gone to the right location, I said okay and he'd send it out by end of day to right email. Two days later I contact the office to see if a contract had been created by him and I was told no, he hadn't. I was told I'd be called back in a few minutes with an update. That was three days ago and no word back yet. Apparently they're big on promise, but when it comes to delivering on that promise they can't.

  Their quote was about 500% overpriced for a roof replacement. The material only runs about 6k, but they want to charge 18k for a one story home less than 1800 sq ft foot print. Absurd

  We have used 3:16 roofing twice now. Once to repair a patch on the roof where the wind tore away our shingles and once to replace our back fence and gate. They have been professional and courteous and did great work both times. I would not hesitate to use them again.
