The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Brian's Custom Decks & Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Brian did an amazing job building out our patio roof. Brian was both affordable and provided a quality service. Brian completed everything to match exactly as we imagined it. And while he was working on the roof, he went out of his way to assist in unrelated items that needed attention. We highly recommend Brian and he will be the first person we go to for future projects.

Beautiful Deck Just had Brian replace our deck and he did a great job and was fairly priced for such a job well done! …

Brian was not only affordable, but brings with him great competency in building quality products. His communication and professionalism was second to none. He kept us informed at every step of the process. He works with the local code officials to assure we are doing everything within code. The deck system he built us is perfect and he did everything he said he was going to do and within the time frame he quoted. On top of that he ran over to our house and fixed our facia that had blown off in a terrible win storm. I would highly recommend Brian and his team for any construction project you are looking at.

Would highly recommend Brian. He uses quality materials and is very personable and professional. Brian completed our deck quickly and ahead of schedule. Most definitely would use again if there was a need.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 39 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
