The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

The guys did a phenomenal job doing my friend's roof. They worked non-stop, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Even the neighbors were impressed by them. Showed up on time and everything went so smoothly. It was impressive. Good stuff, and the price was fantastic also. 👍👊😎💪 …

Mark Brady was recommended to us by two different friends in the area. His price was reasonable, no B.S., haggling, misleading claims or other "salesmanship". My experience meeting with him for estimate was the exact opposite of what I had with several other roofers. Mark Brady's team quickly replaced our home and workshop roofing, added a skylight, and did minor repairs on chimney and gutters. Everything went perfectly and quickly without a hitch or any stress.

Mark Brady and his team recently replaced the roof on our home in Malden. We have a Victorian home with many crazy angles including a turret. I know that this is a very difficult roof, very high with a big pitch. They took the job on and in …

High winds tore off a few shingles of a roof that Brady Roofing installed about six years ago. They were out there to repair it the next day. They have installed two roofs for me and always a great and clean job. I need a roof for another house and called them because I know the terrific job at a fair price I will receive.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 12 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Brady Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
