Boss Roofing and Home Restoration

The only one or two-star review we hold for Boss Roofing and Home Restoration.

doesn't do thorough inspections, doesn't understand leaks can travel a great distance through a home, showed up without a scheduled appointment, wouldn't listen to me about the paint color on the wall and ceiling, choose to "color match" incorrectly, then painted the area horribly with it. The wall has streaks of white showing through and is the wrong finish. I would not recommend this company if you love your home.

Erik, we’re sorry the completed work did not meet your expectations. The visitor was authorized by the property owner to investigate a water leak. we inspected the roof and added it and identified the source, removed the damaged materials, treated and dried the area, and completed the drywall texture and paint repair. We were not made aware of any concerns or given an opportunity to return before the review was posted.we would be happy to come to inspect the paint and sheen, and correct anything related to our work. We stand behind our work and want to make this right. Please contact Anthony @623900-8663 thank you.

Had a small leak in my ceiling from the monsoon rain. Had several companies come in for quotes and felt like they were on the dishonest side. Called Boss and Jose came out and gave me what I felt was an honest and very competitive quote, but he explained the work in detail and gave me the proposal in writing, something the other companies neglectedto do. I agreed to the proposal and they had a crew out 2 days, these guys worked their butts off in the sweltering sun and sent me photos at each stage of the repair process. Anthony was out on the last day to put the finishing touches on the job. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'm glad I found Boss. I Hope I don't have more roof issues but if so I'm not calling anyone but BOSS! thank you Jose and Anthony and your crew, you did an excellent job!
