This company refused to take responsibility when we asked them to fix the issues caused by a recently completed roofing replacement at our strata. The project manager, Chris, was extremely irresponsible. Immediately after posting this review, I have been threatened with legal action unless I remove the review.
Reply from the business
I'm sorry Hazel that you failed to communicate with your strata. The issues you mention were reveiwed with your strata and consultant and was found not to be a Bollman Roofing issue. The bathroom fan is not part of the roofing scope. Thanks management!

Very generous company that donated a decent amount to my brother who lost everything in a house fire. Thank you so much for your support!

What Bollman Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Their site also states: states years in business.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 17 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 17, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
