  Called them Saturday. They took all my information and set up a time for a technician to come out the next day to give a quote for a repair. Their technician was supposed to arrive between 12-2pm. The technician was a no-show/no-call. I called the company back to let them know, and they told me that their manager would be calling me shortly. Two hours later and no call. I call them back and they tell me that their owner will call me shortly. I get a call within a couple minutes (from a “scam likely” number) and they tell me their technician no longer services this area. Now, my home is in Lemon Grove, so it’s pretty perplexing that a company with an address listed in Lemon Grove doesn’t service Lemon Grove… honestly it all sounds very scammy and I wouldn’t recommend trusting them

  They helped me replace my old metal roof with a new Atlas roofing system and also repaired the siding around my dormers in Lemon Grove. Miguel arrived on time for the estimate, explained the roofing and repair options clearly, and never used any sales pressure. He simply listened to what I needed and gave me straightforward choices, which I really appreciated. After I compared estimates, I spoke with Miguel again and moved forward with the roof replacement. He kept me updated through the whole process, from material delivery to the crew schedule, so I always knew what was happening. The roofing crew showed up early, worked hard all day, and kept the job site clean as they went. They were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their trade. Miguel checked in daily, made sure the crew had what they needed, and stayed involved from start to finish. During the project, I noticed a few small items, and every concern was handled quickly and with care. That gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work and the customer service. The new Atlas roof looks great, the siding work around the dormers turned out very nice, and the whole experience was smooth and well organized. In a warm place like Lemon Grove, it is important to have a durable roof that holds up well in the sun, and I feel much better knowing my home is protected. If you need a roofer for roof replacement, roof repairs, or related exterior work, this team does excellent work and stands behind the job.

  Our home’s roof was starting to show a lot of wear, so we decided it was time for a new roofing system. Miguel did an excellent job explaining the roofing plan, materials, and process, and the price was very fair. I felt like I got strong value, especially with the quality workmanship warranty compared with other highly rated roofing contractors I contacted for estimates. Before reaching out, I spent time researching shingles and roof products because our property in Lemon Grove gets plenty of sun, heat, and open exposure during seasonal storms. The crew installed GAF HDZ shingles, which gave me confidence in the durability and wind protection. They also re-roofed our 10x12 shed to match the house at no extra cost, which was a really nice bonus. The whole roofing experience was smooth, professional, and well done. Would hire again.

  After many years in our home, we finally moved forward with a big exterior upgrade and hired Blue Wave Roofing Company to handle it all. We had been putting off this project because it was our first major home improvement job, and we were nervous about finding one crew that could take care of everything. We wanted a complete exterior refresh with roofing-related work like soffit, fascia, gutters, and downspouts, along with new windows, siding, and even a door change. We reached out for several estimates and were disappointed that many contractors could only do part of the work.   This review is long overdue. After the storm came through, I scheduled an insurance adjuster for a Sunday and called the roofing company owner. He said it was no problem and met the adjuster at my house. I had a specialized shingle roof that cost much more than what the insurance company first offered. Miguel clearly showed the adjuster the type of roof I had and worked directly with him, which helped me get the proper settlement. I decided to upgrade to a standing seam metal roof and paid the difference. The roofing crew arrived as promised, worked hard, and stayed until the whole roof job was finished. I highly recommend them for roof replacement, insurance claim help, and quality roofing service.
