We had a complicated situation. I especially appreciated the way Luciano coordinated the job with other trades. The work was done efficiently and on budget and he was easy to deal with throughout especially when things got stressful.

We had a leak upstairs. I Called in the morning and within a few hours they came out, assessed the issue, fixed the problem on my roof and no more leaks. Professional, friendly and most important, honest! Thank you Luciano!

Luciano, Melissa and their team were magnificant. A Racoon ripped off a vent on our roof. With lots of rain coming the next day, this needed to get fixed fast. We felt they treated home like their own. They were incredibly kind, …

I called Luciano for a small but urgent service, as per my schedule, for my roof and he managed to attend my house within an hour to inspect the problem areas, although he had pre-assignment on other jobs. To my surprise he managed to depute his staff on the same day and did the fix. He has a great team lined up. Not only this quick service, he also looked at the fine details related to roof and went inside my attic to fix an associated defect. What a gentleman! We need such pro-active and caring contractors in this province to grow and create example for other contractors. Money is important, but the right service is way more important for the society. Keep it up Luc! I noticed you love so much what you do at work. Thanks a lot to you and your great team for the great service!

We used Blue Knight to install a new flat roof on a front door canopy. We are very happy with how it turned out. Although the quote was a bit higher than other roofing companies I looked at, talking to the owner Luciano I immediately felt confident in their abilities. He was very attentive and fully explained the process and the products he was using. His team showed up on time encouraged me to observe what they were doing and left no mess. If you are installing a flat roof I would recommend getting a specialist like Blue Knight.

As other reviewers have mentioned, Luciano and team are phenomenal. It’s incredibly refreshing to find a subject matter expert like Luciano who’s willing to share their knowledge and explain every part of every step along the way. Even more important, he gives real advice as if you had a friend who’s a contractor and you wanted their honest opinion. The goal being not to get you to spend as much money as possible, but how to actually solve the problems. Do yourself a favor and get Luciano involved and you’ll see the difference for yourself. 6/5 stars, will be using him ourselves again for future projects.

Luciano and his employees were extremely responsive. From the timeliness of the estimate to the start of the job they managed to have the work completed very quickly. I required a flat roof specialist for my house and Luciano came highly recommended and I second that recommendation.
