  Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that our snow and ice removal service did not meet your expectations. Safety is our top priority, and in certain conditions, our team must make judgment calls to ensure they can work safely. While deicer is often an effective solution, it can take 24-48 hours to take effect on thick ice. There’s only so much our team can do without damaging the roof or eavestrough so we remove as much snow and ice as possible with tools but the deicer does need to do its job as well. In addition, we want to note that we made accommodations to have you seen immediately and clearly communicated the scope of the service we would be providing. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You did let us know that the leak stopped so the ice damming removal did work. If it comes back please let us know and we would be happy to return. Thank you!

  Inconsiderate employees who do not care about the surrounding area or neighborhood; leave a mess and are rude to people... Their work isn't all that good either, my brother and his collage buddies could do a better job blindfolded and the morning after a serious bender! Zero stars if that was possible... Stay away!

  Could Not Be Happier!!! After researching and getting multiple quotes, I chose Toro Roofing because Jason gave me the best impression that the job would be done properly - and two months later, I'm EXTREMELY happy with my decision. The crew was professional, respectful, and incredibly thorough with the cleanup, including taking the extra time to check our neighbours' properties, which I really appreciated. Jason was personally involved throughout the two-day installation, communicated clearly, and made sure the work was done right. My wife and I love the look of the shingles, and the workmanship looks fantastic. Even my neighbours commented on the quality of the work and compared it to their own experiences with roofers, which made us feel even more confident that we had picked the right people for the job. Most importantly, we've had no leaks or issues after two months, and I feel so relieved knowing everything was done properly! Now I find myself looking at other people's roofs differently after learning so much from Jason and going through this process! There are lots of roofing companies out there, but after this experience, I honestly feel relieved that we chose Toro. If you're reading this and considering having your roof done, I would absolutely recommend getting a quote from them. Thank you to Jason and the entire Toro team!

  Had an issue with my ease drought . Toro sent someone and repaired it immediately. The individual they sent was professional and provided me context as to what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely be recommending this company to any of my friends and family who need someone to address any roof issues. You can definitely tell this is a company who take pride in their craft!

  I used Toro since 2019. I need them to patch some missing shingles due to strong wind. Kathy is very helpful on the logistic arrangement. Scott is very professional to get the work done. Also, I have recommended them to my friends also.

  I’ve used Toro a few times now and I’m always very happy with their service. I was having a leak in my roof. I contacted them and they came the same day- fixed the area that was leaking and provided a fair price. I have recommended them to multiple friends already. I will definitely use them again!

  When I need my roof done, I’m going to call these guys. My neighbours hired these guys to do their roof and these guys were quick, hardworking and courteous. They even took my broken down furniture waste and helped me put it in their dump waste. And I wasn’t even their client! Thank you!!

  We had a small leak causing some damage in our dining room. Jason came and quickly identified the problem, and fixed it right on the spot. We haven’t had any issues since. While he was up there, he also cleaned out a messy part of our eavestrough and made some preventative recommendations. Great guy!

  Toro’s Masonry team are top notch. Cory and the guys rebuilt the section of our chimney that had some water damage and replaced a window sill that had a crack. They were punctual, professional and hard working. They take great care in their work, and pay attention to every detail. They completed the job expertly and on time. We would definitely recommend them for any masonry work you have!

  I needed to get siding replaced on a balcony as the original siding installed by the builder was just plywood that was painted. Of course, over time parts of the wood have rotted away. I used the Jiffy app to get a quote and got Rob Franchi (of Toro Roofing Inc.) who was courteous, honest, and professional. He removed all the older siding and replaced the underlay as well as put in vinyl siding. He got all of this done within the day. He cleaned up and left no garbage. Highly recommend this company and of course, Rob.

  I had a great experience with Toro. They diagnosed and fixed my roof in less than 30 minutes for a great price. They were friendly, professional, responsive, and on-time. I would call Toro again for any roof requirements. They succeeded where other roofers failed me.

  We cannot thank Jason, Kathy and the entire team at Toro Roofing enough for the exceptional job they have done for us! We were under a serious time crunch to get our roof done since we noticed some water spotting in one of our bedroom’s ceiling, all the while trying to get our house listed. They truly went the extra mile to get our roof done as quickly as possible, within a week it was done! We are extremely grateful and even more satisfied with the work they have done!
