  Six stars if i could give them. An A+++++ roofing experience from start to finish. Danny came to my house right after our first call, arrived on time, made a great impression, and followed through every step of the way. i never wanted to spend money on a new roof, but after moving ahead with the full roof replacement, i felt really good about the decision. i loved Danny’s quick replies, professional but friendly attitude, and the way he took care of us through the whole roofing process. I look at contractors very carefully, and Danny is really on his game and far above the usual unreliable home repair crews. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything felt organized, clear, and easy. We had the entire roof replaced, including tear-off of the older layers, plus new gutters, downspouts, and roof vents, and the crew finished in just two days. I had seen a lot of strong local recommendations around San Jose and wondered if they were just from people who knew the team, but now i understand why the feedback was so positive. Danny showed up when he said he would, brought shingle samples as promised, explained the roofing options in simple terms, and made sure the work was done on time and done right. The office staff was also very helpful whenever we called. They handled most questions right away, and when they needed to check on something, they got back to us with solid answers. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. You never want to wonder whether a roofing contractor will show up, communicate, or provide the right paperwork, and that was never an issue here. We received the certificate of insurance without any trouble, which gave us peace of mind before the crew got up on the roof. The installation crew worked hard, kept the job moving, and left the property clean when everything was done. That really mattered to us.
