In my opinion we had a contract with Bellgrave which they did not respect. They also arrived to compleate a job unannounced and at a very inconvenient time. When we refused their crew they charged us for THEIR MISTAKE abdxrefused to complete the work until we maid them additional fees. I would recommend you keep away from these slick talkers. They gain your trust then change the game once they have you.

Terrible and very unprofessional! Kept me waiting all day and never showed up. Didn’t even have the courtesy to advise me and didn’t reply to any calls. Beware!

My neighbors hired them for their roof job, and we found one of the worker urinate in our front lawn, that is highly disrespectful, not to mention, illegal. They should train their employees better teach them how to be professional and respectful of people and their properties.

Rude, difficult to communicate with. Job done very poorly. Before signing the contract, they promised a lot , in the end, they cut corners and gave the cheapest materials, New roof leaked constantly. They dont want to take responsibilities for it.

Extremely rude and unprofessional company. Plenty of much better contractors out there. They'll just show up at your property without you making an appointment. Staff make racial slurs and then resort to threatening emails when client confronts it.

They don't answer emails or phone calls. We had our condo roof done by this company, which offers a 10-year warranty, and we've had a leak. No one is responding to us. Choose another company because there will be no after-sales service.

Second time we have used them. dealt both time with Brandon, and the crew they had were there on time and worked very well together. All very professional and very reasonable price for the work they did. Patrick said they would complete the job in one day, and one day it was. a long day though. If i need a new roof again i will for sure call Brandon again. Very happy indeed. George and Krys Page

I’ve known this company for years, and some of the employees are truly excellent at their work. They are bilingual in French and English, always polite, and professional. I’ve never had any issues with them or even with the owner. They respond quickly and efficiently, and it’s clear that they genuinely love what they do.

Thank you Belgrave! I had a leaky roof from the recent heavy rains. After trying to get help from several roofing companies for several weeks, and being left in the dust (honestly I believe the heavy rains made a lot of leaky roofs all over …

Reached out to Belgrave Roofing as we had been informed upon purchasing our house that the roof need to be redone. Brandon came by and did a close inspection of the roof and informed us that things were actually quite good, and unless we had any specific concerns (water leaks, etc...) he advised to give him a call in a couple of years for another check in. Brandon took the time to review and discuss things in detail--even had some good advice on the work on the deck that I had started! Would have been happy to go with Belgrave this summer, but thanks to their honesty it looks like we'll just have to wait a year or two...

Belgrave did a fantastic job on both my flat tar & gravel roof and my shingle mansard. Brandon, Rick, and Stephan were easy to work and communicate with. As a first time home owner, I had a million questions. I appreciated the time they took explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. Both crews that came to the house were great and left the jobsite clean.

It’s been a pleasure working with Brandon and the team at Belgrave. They replaced a leaky roof at one property and did some preventative maintenance at another location. Their communication was clear and prompt and they completed the jobs quickly and without any issues. I will definitely work with Belgrave again in the future.
