To our valued customers…this gentleman offered less for the tractor, did not provide a deposit or payment. We ended up selling the tractor to someone that came in with money and the equipment to transport the unit.

To whom this may concern, this particular review is from a disgruntled neighbour at a residential property we own. They continue to post negative reviews about our business from multiple email addresses, because they are angry that the township didn’t handle things the way they wanted. Four years ago there was a zoning issue that has since been long resolved. These neighbours were so extreme at one point that the said township had placed a restraining order on them and they were unable to contact the township for six months. Even after trying to move on with things I sent him an email saying let’s just get back to being neighbours... it’s unfortunate they cannot do that. These are in fact the disrespectful neighbours as they blast explicit inappropriate music at absurd levels all weekend long including during children’s outdoor birthday parties. For anyone that knows Brian and Heather Cullin or have came across them they will completely understand this review, whenever I mention their names in town at a grocery store or other establishment, people understand. Brian and Heather I would appreciate if you could remove this review, And I will continue being the respectful one. All the best moving forward

Very frustrated and disappointed! Mr Brian Cooper's company installed our roof 3 years ago, but they was supposed to to return to install a ridge vent. In spite of dozens of attempts to contact him, this was never done. We also requested a proper receipt and written documentation of the 50-year warranty, but again no response. We've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and we hope for a resolution. As with Mr Adam Wood (below), I would be happy to edit to review if Mr Cooper remedies the situation. UPDATE: In spite of numerous attempts, BC Roofing did not respond to the Better Business Bureau regarding my complaints. I'm quite stunned at the lack of professionalism shown by Mr Cooper.

While the work performed by BC Roofing was fine, I was disappointed that the bill was 60% higher than the quote. I was approached by BC Roofing after a storm, and I was told it would be $350 + tax, including materials. The total was $650, and there was a charge for shingles! I did email the business, but they chose not to respond. I do understand that the quote was for an hours work, and they spent longer. However, nobody told us, and some 'proactive' work was done, but if that put us over the hour, that wasn't cool. The lack of communication was disappointing, and the overall 60% increase in a small job was enough to make me consider elsewhere. Bait & Switch - Caveat Emptor.

Brian and his crew are excellent at what they do. The work is not the problem. There are some repairs that need to be done with the eves and I can not get him to return my call. The roof is only 2 years old. I have left a dozen messages, emails, and texts and nothing. This has been going on for months. Brian if you will call me back and rectify the issues I would be more than happy to change this review. You have literally left me no choice. Adam

Had them quote a steel roof in early March to be well ahead of the rush. Quoting went smoothly. They missed their first install date. No phone call - I had to contact them. It took 10 days to get a reply, but Brian assured me they …

Spoke to their representative when he came for an appointment for my neighbours roof. Myself and my neighbour had some damage to our roofs during a windstorm this year and we were both inquiring about a patch job. Both our roofs would need to be fully done next year however we were just looking for a patch now for the damaged areas to tide us over until next year. The representative quoted me a price which I agreed on and said that a crew would be by to do the patch job within 3 weeks. No one ever showed up and upon calling the company numerous times I only received voicemail, which after leaving detailed information with a call back number, I never received a followup call. Funny enough after weeks went by my wife received an email from the company asking if we had any questions about the full roof replacement quote we had received. Needless to say this company wont be getting that business.

Hi Dan, I apologize, We were short staffed in the office and I believe this was overlooked...sometimes when busy and short bodies these things happen, we aren’t perfect; perfection is not attainable...but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence. I hope everything went well for you.

What a great service. Had a leak through bathroom vent and was stressed out with all the rain we had. Called Monday morning and within two hours Brian was here and repaired the caulking around the vent. Highly recommended this Canadian company. Cannot thank you enough.

If you're looking for a roofing and sheet metal sub you can genuinely count on, look no further than BC Roofing and Sheet Metal. Great communication, solid workmanship, and a team that actually takes pride in what they do — it's refreshing. Scheduling and coordination has been smooth, and they're the kind of trade partner who makes your job easier, not harder. We couldn't be happier with the relationship we've built with them and look forward to many more projects together. Highly recommend.

Brian was incredibly accommodating with our requests prior to installation. Post installation, we presented a concern and it was rectified without hesitation. Brian proved that customer service is a high priority to BC roofing and they will not stop until the job is done right.

Thank you to B.C. Roofing for their immediate and exceptional response recently. We had an area of ice damming on our roof, which has quite a high pitch. Within an hour of contacting Brian, a crew was at our home to rectify the problem. Brian and his crew also assisted us a few years back to correct careless skylight work completed by an alternate company. The staff have went above and beyond when completing work on our home. We look forward to booking a new roof in the near future. I highly recommend this company. Through choosing B.C. Roofing you will experience outstanding workers, superior quality work, and peace of mind. Shawn and Angie Leis

We were very pleased with the work completed by BC Roofing. They were quick to respond to our call to repair a leak and the crew went beyond expectations to address other potential problem areas that could have led to future issues. I would highly recommend them.
