  They are scammers. I paid them $4300 + to inspect and fix my flat roof and less than 2 months later it was leaking. They came to fix it again and 2 weeks later around boxing day it was leaking they fixed it and the nexy day they called me and said I owed the a couple of thousand dollars for them coming to fix the roof even though it should of been under a warranty. They then sent a picture with a trowel shoved into and area and said I owed them money because that was not what they fixed. I specifically asked them to inspect the roof and it was leaking less than 2 months later so they couldn't of inspected the roof very good. I refused to pay them so they cancelled the warranty on the roof. This is my experience with this company and I would definately never use them again.

  I just called and asked for an estimate to have some work done on sme loose shingles. I was told by the broken English receptionist it would cost $450 for some one to look at what has to be done.

  They were fine and i would have given them 5 stars but then They left a bunch of trash did a really bad job didnt even do one side and they left a wire hanging was highly rude told us to just tear it down

I have taken an extensive look at your customer profile in regards to your comments and I believe there is a slight miscommunication in regards to the low slope section. In the initial estimate and signed contract, it states that the low slope roofing sections were excluded a Flat Roofing membrane is required. As shingles are only meant to shed water, it is against manufactures guidelines if shingles are installed as it will cause significant damage to the property. With that, we strive to ensure that our communications and correspondence is courteous and transparent. We deeply apologize for the lack of positive interaction you mentioned in regards to the wire.   Good morning Nandini, thank you for your review. We have taken the time to go over the profile to find out all the details regarding this review. Our crew did come out and performance a maintenance service eavestrough package which includes a professional inspection from our team. We did the trough cleaning, caulked all corners, etc. and at this time it was determined that the eavestrough was in poor condition and our installers strongly recommended a new install. The issue that you contacted us about after the job was complete was determined to be a roofing issue with water dripping between the fascia and eavestrough this indicates a drip cap issue. This is a common issue that many homeowners face across the province when they do not have sufficient drip cap, or drip cap at all. The drip cap is what promotes the flow of water from the edge of the roofline into the eavestrough system. When absent or in poor condition it obstructs the flow of water which can result in water dripping between the fascia and eaves. This can pose risks to homeowners' properties as it can promote rotted wood, and potential leaks. We understand this is not the answer you were looking for, but we also ensure to do our due diligence on our end to ensure our customers are truly informed of potential issues with their property. It is important that we provide the honest knowledge and feedback for our customers to help protect their property.

  gave me an estimated price of 450 plus tax. after I agreed the next day they decided they couldn't do it at that price and needed to provide a new estimate. not sure why they couldn't have told me this the day before. I cancelled other companies coming over and providing estimates because of their original. very poor customer service.

  Did not come out for preinspection, gave me a written quote then sent me another quote a week later which was $1000 more than the first quote. Very disappointed with this roofing company, decided to shop around and found a roofing company that was half the price, excellent workmanship and came out for a preinspection

  I was walking home today on Oakwood Avenue and noticed up ahead that a house was having it's roof done by Bay Roofing. I was walking on the sidewalk and as I started to get closer a woman with a leaf blower who works for Bay Roofing started to use the leaf blower on the sidewalk to clean it up. The woman saw me walking towards her on the sidewalk, made eye contact with me but didn't move off the sidewalk or turn off the leaf blower. I was unable to walk on the side of the road since a massive truck and trailer belonging to Bay Roofing was parked on the road outside the house they were working on. It was either walk in the middle of the road or do my best to get around this woman taking up the entire sidewalk with a leaf blower. When I began walking around her she pointed the leaf blower towards me and she blew a bunch of dirt and small rocks into my face. I was hit in the eye with a rock and find myself 5 hours after this incident blinking repeatedly with bad vision in that eye. I immediately began holding my eye in pain after this woman did this to me and she never bothered to stop or say anything to me.

  Very unprofessional roofers. Profanity out of their mouths constantly while working. Talking about females in a poor manner. The owner just said it wasn’t his problem. They left shingle nails all over the yard and never came back to fix the gutter. Poorly installed. I guess that’s what you get when they hire inexperienced roofers. Choose a different company

  I recently had Bay Roofing install new eaves trough and leafguard on my home and my shop. This was the third project I have hired this company for. I have used them for both residential and commercial work. Each project was handled very professionally and timely. The Bay Roofing crew was amazing to have on site. Their work and cleanliness is well deserving of a five star rating. I highly recommend Bay Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again.

  Mark and his entire team are a great group to deal with. From my first encounter, which was a request for a quote, I was very impressed. Their quote was reasonable and, fortunately, I was able to get my roof booked in a timely manner. I must emphasize how professional and courteous each of Mark’s hardworking crew were as they worked a full three days during very hot summer days. I noted how safety conscious they all were, always wearing their safety harness and keeping their worksite well organized and free of hazards. After they were done installing my new roof they cleaned up before they left, putting everything back in its original place. I highly recommend Bay’s Roofing. I thank Mark, his office staff, and all of his very hardworking and knowledgeable roof workers for a job well done. Hopefully, the Dynasty shingles I selected keep my house well protected from the outdoor elements and last for many years. However, I do have the peace of mind with their warranty.

  From the initial request for an estimate for replacing our shingles to dealing with the most cordial staff on the phone the install was scheduled. The crew arrived on time and worked safely to do the shingle replacement. The clean up was very thorough so much so that you could not tell that such a big job took place. We are very happy with the result. You can't go wrong choosing Bay Roofing
