Horrible. Called for an estimate on a leak, showed up without a ladder, performed no thorough inspection & then never received a call back after 3 times trying them. Happy to not have gone further than this. …

Hi Alexander, we take feedback seriously and would like to clarify the situation. You contacted us earlier in the week following heavy rain, and the inspection was scheduled for Friday. We arrived a day ahead of schedule on Thursday to move things along. We called you upon arrival, however you were not available, so we met with your manager on site, who walked us through the interior and showed us the active leak areas. We performed both an interior inspection and an aerial drone inspection and identified the source of the leaks as open flashing and roof penetrations on what appears to be a newer roof installed by another contractor. You reached out again Thursday evening and the following day. Our office did respond that we would follow up; however, we did not get back to you in a timely manner, which we apologize for. Based on our inspection, this is an installation-related issue and should be addressed by the original contractor. If this were our installation, we would absolutely stand behind it and address the issue directly. – Baran & Son Roofing

They recently replaced my gutters and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, completed the job efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The new gutters look great and function perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and quality work!

I highly recommend Baran & Son roofing. Recently, after a heavy rain storm, I noticed a leak in a room. Contacted Baran roofing, and they came to investigate the leak. My roof needed some maintenance. Brian Baran contacted me with recommendations and provided a detailed invoice with the price. Baran and son performed the work and cleaned up after themselves in a timely fashion. Brian Baran kept me updated throughout the process. Baran & Son were very professional, trustworthy, and highly recommended. Thank you!
