Thanks to the last few years of crazy weather, not to mention pesky squirrels wreaking havoc under our solar panels, we needed to replace our roof. AAA Property Expertise handled another little project for us when we were refreshing our pavers, and due to that we already knew we were going to hire them to handle our roof. That happened sooner than expected when we had 5 inches of rain over a 1 hour period in July. I reached out to Jeremy, and even though he was slammed, he sent Nick over the next morning to do a full inspection. From the day we met with Nick until the roof was finished, we had constant communication with him. He walked us through every step of the process and facilitated the coordination with the solar panel contractor. And he helped us with color suggestions on the shingles. Nick kept us fully apprised of the timeline, even through minor delays due to the unpredictable weather and days of rain. Nick was truly invaluable to this whole process. Having work done on your home can be a stressful undertaking, but when you have clear and instant communication, it makes it so much easier to deal with. We absolutely recommend AAA Property Expertise! We couldn’t be happier! And we know for any other projects around our home we will be reaching out to them first.

Final edit 4/2/26 to add I was made whole by my rep. ———————————————————————- Edited because I have been waiting for several months for a promised incentive payment and haven’t received it or any response from my rep. The rep is saying he’s fighting to be paid and that’s the issue. Either way, I feel it’s bad business to not fulfill an agreement whether it’s the rep or managements fault. Jeremy and his team were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish he was very communicative and hands on. He walked me through the process with insurance and the work started shortly after. Everything was done professionally and in a timely fashion. I absolutely love the end results! I am also getting solar through an affiliate company of theirs which installs next week. I highly recommend Jeremy and AAA Property Expertise for your roofing and home improvements.

It’s crazy. I leave in the morning to go to work with one roof and I come home later in the day to another room. Done for quicker than I thought not that I know anything about roofing. Job well done cleanup well done. Thank you.
