  The actual sales rep Tyler was fantastic but the crew was horrible. We had specifically asked to have our back gate closed because we have dogs. We were dog sitting and they had left the back gate open and the dog escaped. We spent two hours looking for the dog (luckily we found it) which caused the dog owner to now pay us the $1000 for watching their dog and we missed our marriage counseling (while searching for the dog) and were charged $100 non show fee. Tyler gave us a $100 gift card which was very nice of him. Also the crew used our back power outlet and unplugged our outdoor fridge causing the food to spoil and go bad and didn’t plug back in. The breaker tripped and I didn’t know that also had to pay an electrician to come out and paid for him to reset it (which i had known that part). Overall Tyler was very nice, but the situation was handled poorly and it caused additional financial hardship after spending 18k for a roof. Also had another roofing send a quote previously and I showed it to a home inspector and he had noticed hail in the video which means i could have possibly had insurance cover it, if it was marked properly. I really regret getting this roof and how the situation was handled. And again Tyler did everything he could to help

  If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented contractor, Rion is your guy! From the very beginning, he took the time to thoroughly explain the different types of shingles, the pros and cons of each, what to expect during the installation process, and how his company handles everything from start to finish.Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he made sure our roof installation went seamlessly. We have a more difficult, steeply pitched roof, and Rion went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and that we were happy with the finished product. As a Realtor, I work with and come across a lot of contractors, and Rion is definitely someone I would personally hire and confidently refer to my clients. I know they’ll be in great hands and receive top-tier service from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof or any exterior work, including gutters, doors, repairs, and more. You won’t be disappointed!

  Called Baker Roofing to replace the old gutters and they made the whole job easy. The new gutters were fitted neatly, everything was aligned properly, and they tested the drainage before leaving. Nice to see rainwater going where it's supposed to instead of pouring over the sides.

  The team at Baker Roofing is great. From the prompt response to my request for a quote for a new roof thru the entire process, everything was handled in a professional and expert manner.   Tyler and his team did excellent work on my house recently! He seemed knowledgeable about shingle options, did the work within a reasonable amount of time, and the final payment was right on the estimate. I recommend him to everyone!
