At first I had an old leaking roof and I have a new leaking roof. He said he would get his man to check it. Been trying to get him on the phone and he will not return my calls. Had roof inspected. They cut a lot of corners
Reply from the business
I went to Mr. Williams house and corrected the problem. We didn't cut corners like he claimed. We put new pipe flashing on a rusty pipe and forgot to put sealant around the top. He has a video of me repairing it.

Very reliable. Has always come through and done a great job whenever called upon. Have referred him many times to family & friends and has never let any of them down.

Kent did an overhang on our poolhouse and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself, was timely and did great work. He built the same type of thing to cover our son's french doors on the back of the house bc rain was ruining them. Again, did a great job at a great price. I recommend.

My neighbor called Bailey for a roof repair quote, and she kept saying how professional and attentive he was. I will definitely keep him in mind for my next home project or repair needs!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Bailey's Home Repair. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
