  Scheduled a 4 o’clock appointment with Bob this past Monday. He showed up at 2:40 PM when I had another company giving me an estimate. He showed me his clipboard which said his appointment was three to 4 o’clock so I asked him to return at 4 o’clock. He never returned.

  This company put my roof on 10 years ago. Since then we have had multiple leaks from the flat roof into the breakfast area. There was a new product put on that was supposed to be lifetime on the flat roof. They have come out several times and repaired and patched the areas. The last time they came out in August 2022 and repaired it and it leaked again. Somebody was supposed to come in September and meet my builder out here to see the new leak damage. Nobody showed up. I have called at least twice since. . Once the lady was supposed to get in touch with somebody and get back to me. The second time she sent me straight to the owners voicemail and I left a message. No response so that’s two times I’ve called with no response, and one time that he didn’t show up. I have also had a leak around the chimney since we’ve moved in. Nobody would help us with that either. I tried to be patient because I know everybody’s busy, but this is ridiculous now. Update on my review from four months ago. They finally got back to me after calling my ex-husband several times not using my telephone number I left to call me instead. They sent a guy out and he looked at it and said he’d be back the next day to address the situation. I have yet to hear anything. That was four months ago. my flat roof is still leaking and has for 10 years. The product on it has a 20 year warranty. I have had to get in touch with a company in Orlando that deals with this kind of material and they are probably going to have to come rip it off and redo it at my expense. Obviously, AWS either does not know how to install this material or do not know how to do flat roofs. This is ridiculous and I’ve had it. I’m going to have to redo my ceiling in the breakfast room as well.

  I contacted them in December 2022 to get quote. Since then, I’ve contacted several times and every time I’ve contacted I was told that someone will contact me to set up appointment. It’s February 2023, nobody has called me to set up appointment yet. They’re so unprofessional.

  Same thing as many previous posts. "No quote" and "No return phone call". Sent Jessica an email of the job, as requested by her, and have yet to hear back. Sent a follow up email....NOTHING !! Like many have said already "Guess they don't need the work". Did a follow up call today. Got a different woman, Kim, to answer the phone. Sent Kim the same email I sent to Jessica. Let's see what happens. Ok. Now you're talking out of both sides of your face. You said in your reply "We are not taking on any new construction". That's NOT what Jessica said. She said, "send us your plans", which I did. But nobody told me if "you were interested in bidding". You left me hanging for WEEKS, until I contacted Kim. You then responded, "if I FEEL, I had a negative EXPERIENCE"....I don't FEEL, I KNOW.

At the time of your first call to our office, we stated that we were not taking on any residential new construction projects but we requested that you send over the plans anyhow and informed you that an estimator would be in contact with you “if we were interested in bidding”. I apologize if there was a misunderstanding on us not getting back to you.   Ask for a price for my pavilion roof guess it was to small a job.called 3 times for Bob to call me back never heard everything . Not recommended

  I've had them out several times to fix my roof and it's still leaking I would never recommend these people to anyone

  I would give them zero stars if possible. Found them on Home Advisor. 3 weeks and still no call or response to my request to have someone come out to look at my roof which is in need of repairs due to the last hurricane. Very unprofessional. I guess they don't need the work.

  This company is very solid and I'd recommend to anyone. From contact to scheduling to work performed they were honestly great. Friendly also, Austin was teriffic. Highly recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future.

  They came and replaced rotten wood at the bottom edge of my roof and it looks great. They came and saw the problem, sent pictures, gave me a price pretty quick, and fixed it without me being home.

  I am a builder from out of town so finding a reputable company was important for my personal house. Everything from the initial estimate, staying on schedule, and workmanship could not have been better. There were no surprises and the communication was outstanding.
