Is your ceiling showing water stains? This could indicate a roof leak that needs immediate attention. Here in San Jose, our team at Avera Roofing specializes in identifying and fixing common roof leaks that can cause extensive damage if left unchecked. Start your inspection from the inside; note the location of the stains, and pay attention to any signs of moisture around light fixtures or vents. If you can access your attic, look for damp insulation or darkened sheathing. Next, take a look at your roof from the ground. Check for missing shingles or debris in the gutters near the stain line to help us diagnose the issue more efficiently. Our skilled professionals are ready to help you protect your home from further damage. If you suspect a leak, don’t hesitate to reach out to Avera Roofing for a thorough evaluation.
