Very disappointed with the service I received when I called. After 12 years, my roof needs replacing, even though it has a 25-year warranty (done by this company). The only response I got was to contact BP Canada; there's a class action …

During the high winds, we lost some shingles and had a bit of a leak. I contacted them. Them: Did we do your roof? Me: No, on this new house, we don't know who did it, but we were customers of yours in TR; you did both our roofs! Them: But …

I'm sorry, but I've never seen such a rude man with such a lack of manners and carelessness (he left nails in the parking lot entrance). I do not recommend this team.

I went there for emergency assistance due to the overflowing roofs damaged on several houses. I sincerely believe they tried to help as many people in need as possible, but unfortunately, and to their great regret, I saw that it was impossible for them to respond to everyone's distress. They were a team of compassionate people. The quality of service was exceptional, and the work done at my home was excellent. They repaired the roofs of my two rear neighbors, and despite the catastrophic weather for all of us, their roofs remained impeccable.

Impeccable work. They protected and cleaned the flowerbeds. They started at 7:00 AM without disturbing the neighbors. They respected the agreed-upon date. The work is guaranteed, and they offer quality products (50-year warranty) with a transferable guarantee.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Aux Toitures Robert Hamel Enr. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
