Completely inhumane, refuses work because it's too complicated without referring anyone elsewhere. Leaves people in the lurch. Very dissatisfied. Edit: He even called me at work to try and change my mind. I felt it was an attempt at intimidation. He tried to justify having inspected my roof at his own expense. That's standard practice. A company called Toiture Mauricie that doesn't actually repair roofs is ridiculous.

Sorry, but as we told you, we are roofers, not carpenters, and we don't refer people based on bad experiences!

I signed a contract last year, and they can't guarantee they'll honor it this year. My roof is deteriorating more and more; they're not a reliable company. We're two homeowners facing each other, and when we try to find out what's going on, they tell us we're harassing them.

Thank you Mathieu, Yohan, and the whole team for the excellent service! They took the time to come and do a temporary repair last summer while we waited to have our roof done this summer. We are very satisfied with the result and the color advice for our roof.
