Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 10 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.

The critical reviews

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We hold no one or two-star review text for Athens Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

What reviewers keep mentioning

Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

I saw some damp marks on the ceiling in one location and thought there was a leak in the roof so I called a roofing company. The contractor examined the roof and found a cracked portion allowing water to enter. They reviewed the repair and addressed my questions about the materials they will use before starting. Staff also worked to assess and repair around the fix to ensure no other obvious concerns existed. They took care of the property and cleaned up. They were easy to talk to and focused on fixing the real problem and not creating work for themselves which I loved.

We had some damage from a storm, and they replaced the roof shingles. The work was done quickly, and the new roof looks great!

They saw damage on the roof that wasn't obvious at first. The repair they did has held up quite well in the storms we've endured recently.

  • 5 out of 5Blanche Ehlers6 months ago

The workers were explicit about what was wrong with the roof and fixed it faster than I thought they would.

  • 5 out of 5Ida Pape11 months ago

The roofers showed up on time, worked hard all day, and finished the project ahead of schedule. They even cleaned my gutters and swept the driveway after that. The whole process went smoothly since they were fair, on time, and proud of their work.

I was careful because I've worked with dishonest contractors previously. But these men were real; they had a license, insurance, and were quite clear when they talked to me.

I called them to fix the roof, which meant some flashing and sealing work. Quick and cheap. I will definitely call again when I need something.

Other firms only patched our flat roof, but it kept gathering water. This group really did solve the drainage problems the right way. No troubles at all after a few months. Every cent is worth it to get it done well.

  • 5 out of 5Sri Suryaningsiha year ago

After years of mending, we finally got a new roof. The staff showed up on schedule every day, did a great job of cleaning up, and the new shingles look great. The whole thing went more smoothly than I thought it would. Definitely recommend for work on a full roof replacement.

  • 5 out of 5Rachelle Millera year ago

After strong gusts, I saw that some shingles were gone. This group ran a cursory check, fixed several problems, and sealed up places where more problems could happen. They were really helpful and didn't try to sell me a whole roof that I didn't need.

What Athens Roofing says about itself

Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 10 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.

Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.

There is not much data on Athens Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
