Ryan and his team were quick to respond when we needed them. Sent someone out same day prior to a storm and then had someone out to evaluate next steps within a week. He finalized our quote and the work was done. Amazing communication and great to work with

Ryan and his crew were on time.We called on a Tuesday and told him going to be in from Virginia. Told Ryan what we were looking for. He called us back that same day.Told us he could get the job done on Thursday which was great because we were at my mother's for a couple of days. The products he uses have a great look to them.My mother was very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Ryan and his great team. Very good and clean up looked like they hadn't been there. Thanks Ryan and his team.

Assurance Roofing was great! The owner, Ryan, was easy to work with, and followed through with everything he said he would do. My new roof looks amazing and I love the shingle color Ryan helped me pick out. 10/10 recommend!

I watch a lot of rehab, design and DIY shows and it always amazes me how much knowledge and skill is involved. In the real world where I actually live, I have finally found that magical formula for home repair. Assurance Roofing is the quality, knowledgeable and caring company every homeowner is looking for. This company, and owner, Ryan Carpenter installed two roofs, one on our home and the other on a small workshop, giving attention to detail, they consider every aspect of the work to be one of quality and fairness of cost. This is the most responsible and most efficient company I have dealt with since moving to Greenville. 5 Stars plus!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my roof replaced and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly, despite that I reside in another state. Ryan and his team were responsive, supportive, and patient every step of the way—answering questions quickly and keeping me updated even from a distance. The pricing was very fair, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I felt confident and well taken care of throughout the project. Highly recommend!
