Wow! I am so impressed! They had the old roof off and the new roofing paper done on the first day! They kept the place tidy and always had a smile for you! And I love seeing women in the trades!

Andrew and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our failing roof. Andrew was very responsive and accommodating with our needs. Very professional from start to finish. We would hire Aspen Grove again in the future without hesitation. Thank you for keeping us dry.

Just had my roof done by Andrew and Cory, very please with the quick turnaround from quote to completion. I had 6 roofing companies come by to quote, only heard back from 4. Aspengrove's was very reasonable in comparison to the others and the fact they were able to get it done within a few weeks was a nice bonus. They cleaned up the site very well, couldn't even tell they were there (aside from the roof being new ;)

Aspengrove team did the replacement of our massive roof with asphalt shingles. During the heavy rains in February the roof started to leak significantly, and Andrew responded to my inquiry within a day. After the damage examination, the clear estimate was presented and materials chosen. The job was completed within the 2 dry days. We are very satisfied with the entire process, and would totally recommend Andrew, Alison and Aspengrove Construction and Roofing team.

Andrew and the Team did an outstanding job on replacing our roof in Parksville. They supported us in selecting the materials, and were very efficient and thorough throughout the project including the removal, repairs, replacement and clean-up.

Our roof was at the end of its life so after getting a few quotes we decided to go with Aspengrove and are happy with our decision. Andrew was very responsive, answered all my questions and also recommended the perfect shingle colour that added a lot of curb appeal. The roof was finished earlier than we had expected and we're very pleased with the results :) We will be recommending Aspengrove to family and friends

I contacted Andrew about needing a new roof and he came to check out the project asap. He went over everything they could do in great detail. He made great improvements on my roof by adding venting and some new plywood to make sure that the …

While going through renovations isn’t our idea of a good time having Aspen Construction here to sooth the transition was the best decision we ever made. We had roughly 80% of our interior renovated and the work was fantastic! Andrew is an excellent communicator; always willing to talk us through what is happen and open to our thoughts and ideas. Their entire crew were super respectful of our space and very easy to get along with. The level or workman ship is top notch, they really know what they are doing. Aspen construction does what they say they will do and so much more. When we move on to our second stage of renovations we will be calling Aspen Construction. We love our new home and we highly recommend them!

We were replacing our existing fireplace insert and decided to redo it completely. Andrew and Devon were excellent in every aspect of the work. They showed up when they said they would be there, took great care to protect the flooring and furniture during the demolition process and beyond. They were very conscientious and the work completed was excellent! It is hard to find trades people who take pride in their quality of workmanship these days but you are in good hands with Aspen Grove Construction. We would not hesitate to recommend them and they will definitely be our go to for any further renovations we do in the future

I had the pleasure of working with Aspen Grove Construction/Andrew Todsen on not 1 but 2 flood renovations. Shortly after moving into a new home I had a flood that resulted in the removal of drywall, flooring, cabinets etc. I called Andrew and with his support was able to do some additional renovations within the overall restoration plan to enhance and improve the layout, soundproofing and overall use of the space. During this process I had a flood in the neighbouring unit and my tenants moved out. Andrew and team took care of getting this space restored to the original quality and again supported in adding some extra value during the process. Throughout the several months that I worked through this process I felt that Andrew’s team cared about the end result, supported me with valued recommendations and instilled a high level of trust in their workmanship. As new projects arise, Andrew is my first call and a trusted resource as I know he always has my best interests at the centre of his focus. If you would like to work with a team that operates with high integrity, high ownership and who is focused on getting you exactly what you want I highly recommend you give Andrew a call, you won’t regret it! No time like the present to bring your dreams to reality, and no team better suited to make that happen.

When Andrew first came to meet us at our house, we were planning to sell our house and move and I didn't really think we would go through with renovations. However, after meeting Andrew, renovating our house to become our dream home seemed within reach. Everything turned out better than we could have hoped. Not only was Andrew great to work with, but all of the trades he hired were excellent as well. Our biggest concerns going into a renovation were the discomfort of having people in our home and the mess. It was quickly clear that having Andrew and his team around would definitely not be a problem! It was just like having friends over all the time who happened to create some dust and noise. Andrew and his team were so good with our two young sons too, and we all made it through the renovation with what felt like really minimal disturbance to our lives. As for the mess, Andrew was meticulous about cleaning up after himself at the end of each day. Even on the days he wasn't on site, he would call or stop by at the end of the day to make sure everything was how it should be. His greatest concern was always our comfort and well being, even though he himself was working so hard. If you are looking for a positive renovation experience (and a new friend) Andrew is your guy.

Andrew and his team did an outstanding job on our reno. Our house was far from perfect, meaning everything had to be custom and adapted to fit. Our scope of work was substantial, touching every room and surface in the house. Despite the challenges, his craftsmanship was top notch and the advice in the planning stages was invaluable. His budget and timeline were realistic and followed with great communication throughout the process. The best part of our experience was how well Andrew and his team fit into our busy lives. We lived in the house through the reno. We were very nervous at the start of how we would manage it all, but Andrew made the process so much easier than we could of imagined. By the end of the process we actually found we were missing having the guys in our house! A few months later we are still blown away that this is the same house! I’d highly recommend Aspen Grove to anyone looking for a project, big or small.
