Hey Greg, After reviewing the completion photos of your roof replacement we couldn’t have been more pleased with the job. In fact, Dustin personally met you the day after we finished and you told him you couldn’t have been more happy. There was a misunderstanding on the invoice over $120 and we corrected that. We definitely were not trying to over charge you. In regards to the start of your roof replacement, we waited several weeks for your foundation to be leveled before we began your roof construction. The day you contacted Dustin to let us know it was done, Preston the production manager called you to get on schedule for the following week. Dustin’s responsibility is to check on the job before and after. Our roofing crew has solely worked for us for 6 years and the same crew installs every single roof we do. Dustin is not there to watch the crew the entire day. Additionally, we gave you a free upgrade to the Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingle due to issue with the supplier. We passed that on to you at no additional charge. We also painted every roof penetration to match the shingle color to make your roof look aesthetically pleasing. Dustin and Preston (Production Manager) have tried to reach you several times to see what we could have done to make the job go better but have not received a phone call back. If there’s something we could have done better, we would love the opportunity to know what would have made the experience better for you.

Work was Great. The Quote was acceptable so I signed for nearly $4500 of work. Fair price. Got me APPROVED for up to $7500 through GREENSKY with my nearly 700 FICO. High interest rate but doable. However, the $4500 quote ended up becoming a Farce. Green(sly )charged me the $7500 I was APPROVE "up to". After Further Review of the loan paperwork it shows they paid $7500 to ARP Roofing and charged me the whole $7500 not the $4500; plus $3500 finance charges over the outrageous lengthy loan bringing the total payments to $11k something. That's how loans work in regards to interest rates and loans but geesh $3000 over the quoted price charged to me. Not a good look.

It took me a long time to find a company to help with my commercial metal roof after the last company left me hanging. ARP has gone above and beyond to help me with all of my roofing needs.

We needed a ridge cap replaced and then some interior ceiling work done. When things didn’t go right the first time, they came back and made it right. Not every company will do that, so that earned them an extra star. We especially liked working with Nat, who went the extra mile for us.

Nat Clements with ARP came out to look at my roof and talk about what I needed. He was very personable and easy to understand. He seemed to care about my needs even though it wasn’t a large scale job. I got a reasonable estimate and sent …

With so many shady, "take-your-money-and-run" contractors around today, understandably I was hesitant when, for the first time ever in many decades of home ownership, wind and hail storm damage necessitated the use of home insurance coverage for a new roof. So began the search for honest, efficient, reliable workmanship for my home here in Victoria, TX. From first meeting with Nat, knew I was in good hands. He provided Excellent Customer Service with constant communication, coordinating with insurance company, scheduling, updates, even informing neighbors before installation began. An experienced crew installed the new roof in no time, cleaned up afterwards, leaving behind a beautiful new roof and one grateful, satisfied, life customer. Thank You Nat and ARP Roofing & Remodeling.
